Kitchen surface repair

Kitchen surface restoration and repair

The kitchen is the heart of the home. An attractive, clean kitchen brightens the home. But over time kitchen worktops, sinks and tiles wear or even become damaged, making them unattractive and difficult to keep clean.

Resurfacing is a simple, inexpensive alternative to replacing kitchen counters and worktops, sinks and tiles. Surface Doctor can now restore these in place without the need to remove plumbing, tiles or other fittings - usually within 24 hours. Resurfacing works equally well on most surfaces, including laminated countertops, porcelain, ceramic tiles and cultured marble.

Worktops & Counters

Old, laminated kitchen counters and worktops can be transformed into clean, attractive surfaces and made to match any colour scheme or décor. You can even choose a stone finish from our revolutionary range of Surface Doctor Stone Fleck. Surface Doctor's specialist bonding technology, guarantees you a durable and attractive countertop that you can be proud of for many years to come.

Tiles

Replacing tiles is messy and laborious. Resurfacing ceramic tiles in place is a simple, inexpensive alternative. A further benefit of resurfacing is that it solves the problem of grout lines. Grout is naturally porous and can become discoloured and even mouldy over time. Resurfacing creates a hardwearing seal over grout that resists dirt and mould, making tiles much easier to keep clean.

Chip repairs

Surface Doctor technicians are also trained to repair chips and scratches without the need to refinish the entire surface. (Click here for more information). We specialise in on-the-spot colour-matching to create a virtually undetectable bath repair.
