Coloured bath resurfacing in Belfield, done in place
A full suite is usually done in one to two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, so there is no plumbing or tiling. Typical jobs include faded or patchy colour and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white, in coloured shower trays, coloured basins and avocado, pampas and pink baths.
Whatever the size of the job, it’s backed by a one-year guarantee. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

Why repair rather than replace?
Swapping a coloured suite for a white one means new sanitaryware, a plumber and a tiler. Resurfacing turns it white without taking anything out. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. A few things move the price: the amount of damage, the material, access to the area, and how many jobs we do in one trip. Photos let us give you a fixed figure.

Common questions in Belfield
Do you charge for travel?
No. Our quotes include travel, with the same prices everywhere we work.
How much does coloured bath resurfacing cost in Belfield?
Resurfacing from £350. Every job gets a fixed price based on pictures of the damage. Send a close-up of the damage and a wider photo with your OL16 postcode.
Can you repair several things at once?
Yes. Doing several items on one visit usually costs less than separate visits. Send pictures of everything you’d like done.

On the day, the room should be kept clear of pets and children.
When to call us in Belfield
Avocado, pampas and pink suites were everywhere in the 70s and 80s, and many are still sound. The problem is generally the colour, not the bath.
These are the problems we’re asked about most:
- Selling or letting a home with an old suite
- A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
- A suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom
- Faded or patchy colour
Questions to ask before booking
- What preparation is included
- Whether the price covers travel
- How your room will be protected
- Is the price fixed, and does it include VAT?
Can I fix it myself?
If you are set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, ensure the area is clean and completely dry, and do not use it until it has fully cured. If it fails, we can still put it right.
Kits are cheap and easy to find, but many of the jobs we do start with putting right a DIY repair. Getting it right first time is generally cheaper.
What a repair can’t fix
Before booking, it’s worth knowing the limits:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Send us pictures and we’ll tell you honestly before you book.
What we work on
- Whole bathroom suites
- Coloured shower trays
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Coloured basins
The process
We begin by going over the job with you, so you know exactly what we are doing. Then the area is sheeted and masked and we start. Allow a day or two, depending on how many items, and we will keep you posted as we go.
- The room is protected and ventilated.
- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- Each item is left to cure, typically ready the next day.
Getting ready for the visit
- Make sure the area is dry
- Keep pets and children out of the room while we work
- Let us know about parking or access
Getting a price

Related advice
Prices and what affects them
Prices start from £350. There’s no area surcharge for Belfield. The price reflects:
- What the surface is made of
- Whether we combine several jobs
- Any earlier repairs that need removing first
- How much damage there is
We do not add extras on the day. What we quote from your photos is what you pay, unless the damage turns out to be different, in which case we talk to you first.
Getting a price from photos
Two or three clear pictures are typically enough. It helps if you send:
- Any details about the material
- One picture of the entire suite
- One sharp close-up of the damage
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
We price from photos so you do not have to wait in for a survey. Use the quote form, or ring 0345 017 0787 to talk it through, and you will get a fixed figure back.
