Trusted coloured bath resurfacing in Beverley

Coloured bath resurfacing at your home in Beverley

Most suites take one or two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. Typical jobs include a dated coloured suite you’d like in white and selling or letting a home with an old suite, on avocado, pampas and pink baths, coloured shower trays and coloured basins.

Every repair is covered by our one-year guarantee, wherever you are in Lancashire. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Repair or replace: which is better?

Swapping a coloured suite for a white one involves a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white turns it white without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. The price depends on how much damage there is and what kind, the material and how many items we do on one visit. We give a fixed quote from your photos, so you know the cost before you book.

What you get with us

  • Accredited with CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor
  • Typically one visit, start to finish
  • Every repair guaranteed for a year
  • Colour mixed on the day to match

Read our prices page or guide to resurfacing and replacement costs.

How it works

Here’s how a visit normally runs: we arrive at the agreed slot, protect everything around the work area, carry out the work and tidy away. Allow one to two days for a full suite from start to finish. Before we go, we will explain when it can be used and how to look after it.

  1. We protect the room and ventilate it.
  2. Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
  3. We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
  4. The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
  5. Each item is left to cure, usually ready the following day.

Before we arrive

  • Clear toiletries, mats and anything else from around the area
  • Tell us if there are stairs or a lift
  • Mention any parking restrictions or tricky access

Getting a price

Pricing is simple: snap the damage close up and then the whole item, send them to us with your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed quote. Quotes are free and no obligation.

Beverley: your questions answered

Can landlords book you?

Yes. We carry out repairs for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, builders and businesses.

Is it safe with children and pets around?

Please keep children and pets out of the room during the visit. Everywhere else in the home is fine.

What happens next?

We come back with a fixed price, typically with dates to choose from. There’s no obligation to book.

What information do you need?

Use the quote form or ring 0345 017 0787, and we will do the rest.

Will you leave a mess?

Very little mess: we sheet and mask everything nearby, and we take our waste away with us.

Can you repair several things at once?

Yes. Doing several items on one visit usually costs less than separate visits. Include pictures of each item.

Is a repair better than a new one?

In most cases, yes. A repair skips the removal, fitting and redecorating. If it isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you.

Is my repair covered?

All our work carries a one-year guarantee. We will explain what it covers when we quote.

Do you need coloured bath resurfacing in Beverley?

Avocado, pampas and pink suites were everywhere in the 70s and 80s, and plenty are still in good condition. The problem is typically the colour, not the bath.

These are the problems we’re asked about most:

  • A suite that does not match a new bathroom
  • A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
  • Faded or patchy colour
  • Selling or letting a home with an old suite

Questions to ask before booking

  • What aftercare is recommended
  • How your room will be protected
  • How long it needs to cure
  • How changes to the job are handled

Our hiring checklist

How we price coloured bath resurfacing

Resurfacing from £350. There is no area surcharge for Beverley. The price reflects:

  • How many areas need work
  • Doing more than one item at once
  • The material and finish
  • How hard the colour is to match

The price reflects the work involved, not your postcode. You will see the full price before booking, with nothing added on the day.

How to get a fixed price

Most quotes are done from pictures alone. To make it quick:

  • The material, if you know it
  • Something in shot to show the size
  • A photo taken from further back
  • One sharp close-up of the damage

If you are in Beverley and want a price, photos are the quickest way: one close up, one from further back, plus your postcode. We reply with a fixed quote and our next available dates.

When we would advise against a repair

Before you book, it’s worth knowing the limits too:

  • The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
  • Items cracked right through
  • Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)

Send us photos and we will tell you honestly.

Materials we repair

  • Whole bathroom suites
  • Coloured basins
  • Coloured shower trays
  • Avocado, pampas and pink baths

Can I fix it myself?

DIY kits are sold for most surfaces, and they can tidy up a tiny mark. The trouble is colour and preparation: kits come in a few standard shades, and without proper cleaning and keying the filler frequently lifts.

It’s tempting to reach for a kit, but the repairs we redo most often are DIY ones that have discoloured or lifted. Doing it properly first is usually the cheaper route.

Landlord and trade work in Beverley

We regularly work with letting and managing agents. Send the address, photos and access details and we will arrange it.

Hotels, guest houses and holiday lets need rooms back in use quickly, so we keep visits short and tidy. We will fit around changeovers where we can.
