Coloured Bath Resurfacing for Bowling Green homes
Fixed-price coloured bath resurfacing in Bowling Green and the surrounding area, done in a single visit in most cases and guaranteed for a year.
- Resurfacing from £350
- A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
- A suite that does not match a new bathroom

Coloured bath resurfacing in Bowling Green, done in place
We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, so there’s no plumbing or tiling. A full suite is generally done in one to two days. We regularly repair avocado, pampas and pink baths, coloured shower trays and whole bathroom suites, and the jobs we see most are faded or patchy colour and a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom.
The work is guaranteed for twelve months. If something isn’t right in that time, we come back and put it right. Care for the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

What affects the price in Bowling Green
Prices start from £350. Each job gets its own fixed price. These are the things that affect it:
- How hard the colour is to match
- Where the damage is and how we get to it
- How much damage there is
- How many items we do on one visit
No two jobs are quite the same, so we price each one individually. What’s damaged, how badly and how easy it is to reach all make a difference, and combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down.
Quotes from your pictures
Photographing the damage takes a minute, and it saves a visit. Please include:
- A picture taken from further back
- Your postcode, so we can check dates
- Natural light rather than flash
- The material, if you know it
Upload pictures of the damage and one of the whole item, and tell us you’re in Bowling Green, and we will reply with a fixed price.
DIY repairs versus a professional job
A kit can be fine for a tiny mark out of sight. For damage in plain view, cracks, holes or rust, or coloured finishes, it’s worth having it done properly.
If you’re set on a kit, follow its instructions closely and work on a clean, dry surface, and don’t use it until it has fully cured. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.

Bowling Green questions
Do you cover the whole of Worcestershire?
Everywhere in the UK, Bowling Green included. Travel is included in the price.
Can you price it without visiting?
Generally, yes. A close-up and a wider photo are enough to give a fixed quote.
Is there any odour?
A little, depending on the job. Open windows and an extractor fan help.
Is a repair better than a new one?
In most cases, yes. A repair skips the removal, fitting and redecorating. If it isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you.
When can you do it?
We’ll give you dates with your quote. If it’s urgent, say so and we will do what we can.
What information do you need?
A close-up, a wider photo and your postcode. After that, we just agree a date.
Can you turn my avocado bath white?
Yes. It’s resurfaced in white where it stands.
Are you a vetted contractor?
We are accredited with CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, SMAS Worksafe and Builder’s Profile.

Signs you need coloured bath resurfacing in Bowling Green
Coloured suites were fitted in huge numbers in the 1970s and 80s, and plenty are still in good condition. The problem is normally the colour, not the bath.
You may need us if you’ve spotted any of these:
- A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
- A suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom
- Selling or letting a home with an old suite
- Faded or patchy colour
Comparing quotes
- What happens if they find more damage
- Who turns up on the day
- Whether the price is fixed and includes VAT
- How the colour is matched
When we would advise against a repair
A repair is not always the answer, and we will tell you before we start. We can’t fix:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
If in doubt, send pictures and we will say what we think before you book.
What we work on
- Coloured basins
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Coloured shower trays
- Whole bathroom suites
Work for landlords and builders
We work for landlords, letting agents and housing providers in Bowling Green as well as homeowners. A repair between tenants keeps the property empty for less time, and it costs much less than replacing.
Hospitality businesses need rooms back in use quickly, so we keep visits short and tidy. We can work around your bookings.
Repair or replace in Bowling Green?
Replacing a coloured suite means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing turns it white with everything left in place. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. The price reflects the work involved, not your postcode. The full price is agreed before you book, with nothing added on the day.
Why book with us
- Nothing taken out or refitted
- Colour mixed on the day to match
- One price list for the whole UK
- We’ll tell you if it’s not worth repairing
Take a look at our pricing or resurfacing vs replacement cost guide.
What we do, step by step
On the day, we arrive at the time we’ve agreed, cover the area with dust sheets and masking, and set to work. Expect it to take a day or two, depending on how many items. We clean up when we’re done and tell you when it’s ready to use.
- The room is protected and ventilated.
- Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
- We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- Once cured, normally by the following day, the suite is ready.
How to prepare
- Mention if the room is upstairs or in a flat
- Tell us about parking, stairs or access
- Move bottles, mats and clutter away from the area
How to get a price
Getting a price is easy: take a close-up of the damage and a photo from further back, send them to us with your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed price. There is no charge for the quote and you are under no obligation.
