Can I fix it myself?
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that is fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it will not stop us repairing it. Just mention it when you send photos, as it can add time.
The difference between a kit and a professional repair is mostly in the preparation and colour. We prepare the area properly, mix the colour on site and polish the finish to match, and the work is guaranteed.
Coloured bath resurfacing at your home in Brynhyfryd
Most suites take one or two days. Everything is resurfaced where it stands, with no new plumbing or tiling. If you are dealing with selling or letting a home with an old suite and a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom, we can typically put it right.
Peace of mind is built in: our one-year guarantee applies to every job, and we will explain exactly what it covers when we quote. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

What happens on the day
We turn up at the time we agreed with you, introduces themselves and checks the damage against your pictures first. The floor and nearby surfaces are covered before we open a single tin. Most visits take a day or two, depending on how many items, and we leave the room as we found it.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
- The surface is prepared and primed.
- We spray the new white (or other colour) finish.
- Each item is left to cure, normally ready the next day.
Preparing for the visit
- Make sure the room can be ventilated
- Let us know if it has been repaired before
- Move bottles, mats and clutter away from the area

How we price coloured bath resurfacing
Resurfacing from £350. Quotes are free and the price is fixed. What we take into account:
- What kind of damage it is
- How hard the colour is to match
- The material
- Previous DIY repairs that have to come out
Our prices are the same across the UK, so there’s no premium for Brynhyfryd. What changes the price is the job itself: the material, the amount of damage and how many items.
How to get a fixed quote
Most quotes are done from pictures alone. To help us price it:
- A close-up of the damage, in focus
- Where you are, by postcode
- Details of any past repairs
- A coin beside the damage so we can judge size
A quote takes minutes to ask for: take one close-up and one wider shot of the suite, include your postcode and send them over. What comes back is a fixed price, not a guess.
For landlords and businesses
If you manage property in Brynhyfryd, we can repair and quote for several addresses together. Just send photos for each address and we will come back with a combined price.
Rental properties take more wear, and replacing things at every changeover adds up. Repairing between tenants keeps the property presentable for less.
