Coloured bath resurfacing at your home in Cellan
Everything is resurfaced where it stands, with no new plumbing or tiling. A full suite is usually done in one to two days. Common call-outs are for a dated coloured suite you’d like in white and selling or letting a home with an old suite, across coloured shower trays, whole bathroom suites and avocado, pampas and pink baths.
Every repair comes with our one-year guarantee. Care for the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Work for landlords and builders
Letting agents frequently send us pictures straight from the inventory. That means we can quote before you even visit the property, and we can arrange access with the tenant directly if that helps.
Landlords, letting agents and housing providers in Cellan use us as well as homeowners. A repair between tenants keeps the property empty for less time, and it typically costs far less than a refit.
Should I try a DIY kit first?
What a professional repair adds is preparation, colour matching and finishing. We clean and key the area properly, mix the colour to your surface and finish it to the same sheen, and the work is guaranteed.
If you’re set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, ensure the area is clean and completely dry, and give it the full curing time. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.
When a repair isn’t the answer
It helps to know what we cannot do:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Send us photos and we’ll tell you honestly before you book.
Materials we repair
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Whole bathroom suites
- Coloured shower trays
- Coloured basins
Prices and what affects them
Resurfacing from £350. We charge the same across the UK, including Cellan. What changes the price is:
- Whether we combine several jobs
- How much damage there is
- How hard the colour is to match
- The material and finish
There are no surprise extras on the day. The price we quote from your pictures is the price you pay, unless the damage turns out to be different, in which case we talk to you first.
Quotes from your photos
The better the pictures, the more accurate the price. Here’s what helps:
- Good light, ideally daylight, without flash glare
- A close-up of the damage, in focus
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
- A coin beside the damage so we can judge size
Upload photos of the damage and one of the whole item, with your SA48 postcode, and we will come back with a fixed quote.
Do you need coloured bath resurfacing in Cellan?
Avocado, pampas and pink suites were everywhere in the 70s and 80s, and many are still sound. The problem is normally the colour, not the bath.
If you can see any of these, send us a photo:
- Selling or letting a home with an old suite
- A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
- Faded or patchy colour
- A suite that does not match a new bathroom

- How the room is protected while they work

Your questions about coloured bath resurfacing in Cellan
What happens if you find more damage?
We stop, show you and agree any change before carrying on. Nothing extra is done without your say-so.
Can a coloured bath be made white?
Yes. We resurface it in white with it left in place.
Are there extra charges for Cellan?
Travel is included in the price, with the same prices everywhere we work.
Can you do the toilet too?
Ask us. The inside of a bowl is always wet and scrubbed, so we’ll tell you what will last.
Does someone need to be in?
Someone needs to let us in and show us the job. You don’t need to watch us work.
What areas do you cover?
The whole UK, including all of Ceredigion. Send your postcode with your pictures and we will confirm dates.
Will it make a mess?
Very little mess: we sheet and mask everything nearby, and we take our waste away with us.
Can you redo someone else’s repair?
Generally, yes. Let us know what was used before.
Why repair rather than replace?
Replacing a coloured suite means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing changes the colour without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. Rather than charging by the hour, we price the entire job up front. It depends on the damage, the material and access, and combining items on one visit brings it down.
