Coloured bath resurfacing in Craigavon without replacing anything

Most suites take one or two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. If you’re dealing with selling or letting a home with an old suite and faded or patchy colour, we can help, whatever the material.

The work is covered for a year after we finish. If anything isn’t right, ring us and we’ll come back. Treat it like any resurfaced bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Before and after: an old basin refinished to bright white

Should I try a DIY kit first?

If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully, make sure the area is clean and completely dry, and give it the full curing time. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.

If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it won’t stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.

The process

Once we’re through the door, the aim is to do the job without disturbing the rest of your home. Surfaces nearby are masked off, the job takes a day or two, depending on how many items, and we finish by cleaning up and talking you through the result.

  1. The room is protected and ventilated.
  2. Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
  3. The surface is prepared and primed.
  4. The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
  5. Each item is left to cure, usually ready the next day.

Before we arrive

  • Tell us about any previous repairs or coatings
  • Clear the area around the damage
  • Keep children and pets away from the room on the day

FAQs for Craigavon

Do you do work for letting agents?

Yes. We work for landlords, agents, builders and businesses as well as homeowners in Craigavon.

What happens if you find more damage?

We will show you and explain before doing anything extra. Nothing extra is done without your say-so.

Does someone need to be in?

Yes. We need access to the room while we work, at a time that suits you.

Can you do the toilet too?

Ask us. The inside of a bowl is always wet and scrubbed, so we will advise honestly before quoting.

Is there a call-out fee?

There’s no separate call-out charge. Your fixed quote includes everything.

Can pets and children be at home?

Please keep children and pets out of the room during the visit and until it has cured. Everywhere else in the home is fine.

I rent my home. Can I book you?

We’re happy to deal with the tenant, landlord or agent. Get your landlord’s agreement first.

Can you quote from photos?

In nearly every case. We only ask to see it in person if the photos can’t show what we need.

Repairing versus replacing in Craigavon

Swapping a coloured suite for a white one involves a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing turns it white with everything left in place. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. Every job is a little different, so we price each one individually. The size and type of damage, the material and access all make a difference, and doing several things on one visit costs less than separate visits.

What you get with us

  • Usually one visit, start to finish
  • Same prices wherever you are
  • One-year guarantee on every repair
  • Honest advice, even when it means no job

When to call us in Craigavon

Coloured suites were fitted in huge numbers in the 1970s and 80s, and plenty are still in good condition. It’s typically the colour that dates them, not the condition.

Signs it’s time to call us include:

  • A suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom
  • A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
  • Selling or letting a home with an old suite
  • Faded or patchy colour

How we price coloured bath resurfacing

Prices start from £350. There’s no charge for travel to Craigavon. The price comes down to:

How to get a fixed price

Phone photos are fine, there is no need for anything special. Just ensure we can see:

Send us photos and we will tell you honestly.
