Need coloured bath resurfacing in Lenton Pool?

Why repair rather than replace?

Swapping a coloured suite for a white one involves new sanitaryware, a plumber and a tiler. Resurfacing changes the colour without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. No two jobs are quite the same, so each one is priced on its own. The size and type of damage, the material and access all make a difference, and doing several things on one visit costs less than separate visits.

Why us?

  • Same prices wherever you are
  • Colour-matched on site
  • No need to remove anything
  • One-year guarantee on every repair

How we handle coloured bath resurfacing in Lenton Pool

Most suites take one or two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, so there is no plumbing or tiling. Common call-outs are for faded or patchy colour and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white, in coloured basins, whole bathroom suites and avocado, pampas and pink baths.

All our work comes with our one-year guarantee. Treat it like any resurfaced bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Prices and what affects them

Prices start from £350. You will know the full cost before booking. We take into account:

  • How easy the damage is to reach
  • Whether old repairs or coatings need taking off
  • The material and finish
  • Whether it’s a chip, crack, burn or wear

We charge the same wherever you are, with no extra for Lenton Pool. The job itself decides the price: the material, the amount of damage and how many items.

Send pictures for a quote

Photographing the damage takes a minute. Please include:

  • Any details about the material
  • A coin beside the damage so we can judge size
  • A photo taken from further back
  • Natural light rather than flash

Ring 0345 017 0787, or send us pictures through the quote form. With a clear picture of the damage and one of the whole suite, we can price the job.

Work for landlords and builders

If you manage property in Lenton Pool, we will quote for several properties at once. Send photos for each one and we’ll price them together.

Letting agents often send us photos straight from the inventory. You can have a price before you arrange access, and we can arrange access with the tenant directly if that helps.

Should I try a DIY kit first?

The difference between a kit and a professional repair is mostly in the preparation and colour. We clean and key the area properly, mix the colour to your surface and finish it to the same sheen, then guarantee it for a year.

If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it won’t stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.

Honest limits

A repair is not right for every job, for example:

  • The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
  • Items cracked right through
  • Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)

Send us pictures and we will tell you honestly before you book.

Surfaces we repair

  • Whole bathroom suites
  • Coloured basins
  • Coloured shower trays
  • Avocado, pampas and pink baths

What happens on the day

Expect a friendly, tidy visit. We agree the arrival time in advance, protect the area, then carry out the work, which usually takes a day or two, depending on how many items. If anything looks different from your photos, we’ll talk to you before going ahead.

  1. The room is protected and ventilated.
  2. Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
  3. We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
  4. We spray on the new finish in white or your chosen colour.
  5. Once cured, normally by the day after, the suite is ready.

Before we arrive

  • Tell us if there are stairs or a lift
  • Keep children and pets away from the room on the day
  • Move bottles, mats and clutter away from the area

No survey visit is needed: we price from photos. Send them through the quote form, or call 0345 017 0787 if you’d rather talk it through.
