Coloured bath resurfacing at your home in Llanfaelog
Most suites take one or two days. Everything is resurfaced where it stands, with no new plumbing or tiling. We regularly repair whole bathroom suites, coloured basins and avocado, pampas and pink baths, and common reasons people contact us are a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white.
A one-year guarantee comes as standard. Care for the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

Repairing versus replacing in Llanfaelog
Replacing a coloured suite means new sanitaryware, a plumber and a tiler. Refinishing it in white changes the colour without taking anything out. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. A repair generally costs much less than people expect, particularly next to the cost of replacement. Photos let us give you the exact figure.
Why us?
- No need to remove anything
- Straight answers about what a repair can do
- Technicians who travel to you, UK-wide
- CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor accredited
See our pricing or resurfacing vs replacement cost guide.
Can I fix it myself?
If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully, make sure the area is clean and completely dry, and do not use it until it has fully cured. If it doesn’t work out, we can still repair it properly.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it won’t stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
How the visit works
Here’s how a visit generally runs: we arrive at the agreed slot, sheet and mask the area around the job, do the job and tidy away. Plan for one to two days for a full suite from start to finish. Before leaving, we tell you when it can be used and what to avoid for the first few days.
- We protect the room and ventilate it.
- We clean, degrease and repair any chips.
- The surface is prepared and primed.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- We leave everything to cure, usually until the following day.
How to prepare
- Keep a parking space free if you can
- Keep children and pets away from the room on the day
- Mention if the room is upstairs or in a flat
How to get a price
No survey visit is needed: we price from pictures. Use the quote form, or ring 0345 017 0787 to talk it through, and you’ll get a fixed figure back.

Prices and what affects them
Resurfacing from £350. Quotes are free and the price is fixed. What we look at:
- How hard the colour is to match
- Previous DIY repairs that have to come out
- The material and finish
- How easy the damage is to reach
Set against the cost of replacement, a repair is normally a fraction of the price, because nothing has to be taken out, refitted or made good. Your fixed quote shows exactly what’s included.
Send photos for a quote
Almost every job we do is priced from pictures. This is what to send:
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
- Your postcode, so we can check dates
- A close-up of the damage, in focus
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
Most clients in Llanfaelog get their price from photos. Add a line about what happened and your postcode, and we will send back a fixed quote and some dates.
When we’d advise against a repair
It helps to know what we can’t do too:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
If in doubt, send pictures and we’ll say what we think before booking.
Materials we repair
- Whole bathroom suites
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Coloured shower trays
- Coloured basins
FAQs for Llanfaelog
Is a repair better than a new one?
In most cases, yes. Replacement brings removal, refitting and making good, which a repair avoids. We will be honest if it’s not worth it.
Is my repair covered?
All our work carries a one-year guarantee. We’ll explain what it covers when we quote.
I rent my home. Can I book you?
We are happy to deal with the tenant, landlord or agent. Just ensure the landlord agrees.
Can you do more than one item on the same visit?
Yes. Combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down. Send photos of everything you’d like done.
Will the price change on the day?
We’ll show you and explain before doing anything extra. Nothing extra is done without your say-so.
Will you leave a mess?
No. The work area is masked and covered, and we leave the room clean.
Can pets and children be at home?
We ask you to keep children and pets out of the room while we work. Everywhere else in the home is fine.
Can I get a quote without a visit?
Nearly always. We only ask to see it in person if the photos cannot show what we need.
