Coloured bath resurfacing in Lodge Copse Estate without replacing anything
We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. Most suites take one or two days. We’re often asked to fix a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white, in coloured shower trays, avocado, pampas and pink baths and whole bathroom suites.
The work is covered for a year after we finish. Just call us if there is a problem and we will come back. Treat it like any resurfaced bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

What happens on the day
When we visit, the technician arrives at the agreed time, protects the room with dust sheets and masking and gets started. Expect it to take a day or two, depending on how many items. We clean up when we’re done and let you know when you can use it again.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray on the new finish in white or your chosen colour.
- We leave everything to cure, typically until the following day.
How to prepare
- Let us know if it has been repaired before
- Tell us about parking, stairs or access
- Avoid using the area for a few hours before we arrive
How to get a price
You do not need a survey visit. Photos are enough for us to price nearly every job: we need a close-up, a wider picture and your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed price.
Advice
Repair or replace: which is better?
Swapping a coloured suite for a white one involves a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing changes the colour without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. A repair is priced on what needs doing, not your postcode. The full price is agreed before booking, with no extras added later.
Why book with us
- One-year guarantee on every repair
- Accredited with CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor
- Technicians who travel to you, UK-wide
- One visit for most repairs
See our prices page or resurfacing vs replacement cost guide.
Should I try a DIY kit first?
What a professional repair adds is preparation, colour matching and finishing. We clean and key the area properly, mix the colour to your surface and finish it to the same sheen, then guarantee it for a year.
If you’re set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, and give it the full curing time. If it doesn’t work out, we can still repair it properly.
How we price coloured bath resurfacing
Resurfacing from £350. Quotes are free and the price is fixed. What we take into account:
- How hard the colour is to match
- Whether it’s a chip, crack, burn or wear
- Whether we combine several jobs
- Where the damage is and how we get to it
We don’t add extras on the day. The price we quote from your pictures is the price you pay, unless the damage turns out to be different, in which case we talk to you first.
How to get a fixed quote
A couple of clear pictures is all it takes. Try to include:
- Details of any past repairs
- Natural light rather than flash
- Where you are, by postcode
- Something in shot to show the size
For most jobs, photos are all we need to give you a price. Tell us what happened and where you are, and we will send back a fixed quote and some dates.
