Trusted coloured bath resurfacing in Nansladron

Coloured bath resurfacing in Nansladron, done in place

Most suites take one or two days. Everything is resurfaced where it stands, so there’s no plumbing or tiling. We are often asked to fix a dated coloured suite you’d like in white and a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom, on avocado, pampas and pink baths, coloured shower trays and coloured basins.

All our work is covered by our one-year guarantee. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Questions from Nansladron

I rent my home. Can I book you?

Yes. Ask your landlord first, and we can send them the quote if that helps.

Can I add another job to the visit?

Yes. Combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down. Include pictures of each item.

Can I get a quote without a visit?

Nearly always. If pictures do not show enough, we’ll ask for another angle.

Does someone need to be in?

Someone needs to let us in and show us the job. After that, you can carry on with your day.

What about the toilet?

Ask us. The inside of a bowl is always wet and scrubbed, so we’ll tell you what will last.

How do I get a price for coloured bath resurfacing in Nansladron?

Prices start from £350. We give a fixed price based on pictures of the damage. Send a close-up of the damage and a wider photo and your postcode.

What happens after I send photos?

We check the damage, the material and your postcode, then reply with a quote with dates.

Are you a vetted contractor?

Yes, including CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor. See our accreditations page for the full list.

How we price coloured bath resurfacing

Resurfacing from £350. You’ll know the full cost before you book. We look at:

  • Whether old repairs or coatings need taking off
  • How hard the colour is to match
  • How easy the damage is to reach
  • How many items we do on one visit

Every job is a little different, so we price each one individually. The size and type of damage, the material and access all play a part, and doing several things on one visit costs less than separate visits.

Quotes from your pictures

Almost every job we do is priced from pictures. This is what to send:

  • The material, if you know it
  • A coin beside the damage so we can judge size
  • A wider photo showing the whole suite
  • Whether it’s been repaired or coated before

Upload pictures of the damage and a wider shot of the whole item, with your PL26 postcode, and we will reply with a fixed quote.

Repairing versus replacing in Nansladron

Replacing a coloured suite means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing turns it white with everything left in place. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. Instead of hourly rates, we fix the price before we start. It depends on the damage, the material and access, and combining items on one visit brings it down.

Why us?

  • We come to you, anywhere in the UK
  • Free fixed quotes from pictures
  • We’ll tell you if it’s not worth repairing
  • Colours mixed by hand to suit your surface

The process

Your technician turns up at the time we agreed with you and checks the damage against your pictures first. The floor and nearby surfaces are covered before we open a single tin. Most visits take one to two days for a full suite, and we leave the room as we found it.

  1. First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
  2. Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
  3. We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
  4. We spray the new white (or other colour) finish.
  5. Once cured, normally by the day after, the suite is ready.

Preparing for the visit

  • Let us know which floor the room is on
  • Point us to the nearest place to park
  • Keep children and pets away from the room on the day

How to get a price

A quote takes minutes to ask for: photograph the damage, then the whole suite, include your postcode and send them to us. You will get a fixed quote, not an estimate.

When to call us in Nansladron

Avocado, pampas and pink suites were everywhere in the 70s and 80s, and many are still sound. The problem is typically the colour, not the bath.

Typical reasons for a call-out include:

  • Faded or patchy colour
  • A suite that does not match a new bathroom
  • Selling or letting a home with an old suite
  • A dated coloured suite you’d like in white

Choosing a repair company

For landlords and businesses

We work for landlords, letting agents and housing providers in Nansladron as well as householders. A repair between tenants keeps the property empty for less time, and it costs much less than replacing.

Hospitality businesses need rooms back in use quickly, so we keep visits short and tidy. We’ll fit around changeovers where we can.

DIY kit or professional repair?

It’s natural to want to try a repair yourself. The risk is that a kit repair hides the damage for a while, then fails, and the old filler has to come out before a proper repair.

If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it does not stop a professional repair. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send photos.

What a repair can’t fix

We’ll always be straight with you, so here’s what a repair will not do:

  • The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
  • Items cracked right through
  • Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)

Not sure? Send pictures and we’ll give you a straight answer.
