About our coloured bath resurfacing in Penycwm
A full suite is generally done in one to two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. Common call-outs are for a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white, in avocado, pampas and pink baths, coloured basins and whole bathroom suites.
You’re covered for a year from the day of the repair. Just call us if there is a problem and we will sort it. Care for the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

What coloured bath resurfacing costs
Resurfacing from £350. Quotes are free and the price is fixed. What we take into account:
- The type of damage
- The size and number of damaged areas
- How hard the colour is to match
- Access to the area
We do not add extras on the day. The price we quote from your pictures is the price you pay, and if the damage turns out to be different, we discuss it before starting.
Getting a price from pictures
We price nearly every job from photos. This is what to send:
- Daylight if possible, and no flash reflection
- The postcode, so we can plan the visit
- A wider photo showing the entire suite
- Any details about the material
To get a price, send two or three photos using our quote form or call us. We’ll tell you honestly if a repair is the right fix.

Questions from Penycwm
What happens once I’ve sent pictures?
You’ll get a fixed quote back, generally with dates to choose from. You’re under no obligation.
Is it safe with children and pets around?
We ask you to keep children and pets out of the room while we work and until it has cured. Everywhere else in the home is fine.
Is a repair better than a new one?
Generally, when the rest is in good condition. A repair avoids removal and making good. We will tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.
How do I get a price for coloured bath resurfacing in Penycwm?
Prices start from £350. Every job gets a fixed quote based on pictures of the damage. Send a close-up of the damage and a wider photo and your postcode.
Which areas do you work in?
All of Pembrokeshire, and the rest of the UK. There is no extra charge for travel.
Will there be a smell?
There can be some smell while we work, which is why we ventilate. It fades as everything cures.
Can I add another job to the visit?
Yes. Combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down. Send pictures of everything you’d like done.
Can tenants book a repair?
We can work for tenants, landlords or agents. Get your landlord’s agreement first.
Repair or replace in Penycwm?
Replacing a coloured suite means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white changes the colour without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. The price depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many jobs we combine into one visit. We give a fixed quote from your pictures, so you know the cost before you book.

What we do, step by step
Once we are through the door, the aim is to do the job without disturbing the rest of your home. Surfaces nearby are masked off, the job takes one to two days for a full suite, and we finish by cleaning up and talking you through the result.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray the new white (or other colour) finish.
- We leave everything to cure, typically until the next day.
Getting ready for the visit
- Tell us if there are stairs or a lift
- Mention any earlier repairs or resurfacing
- Move bottles, mats and clutter away from the area
Ask for a price
A quote takes minutes to ask for: photograph the damage, then the whole suite, include your postcode and send them to us. What comes back is a fixed price, not a guess.
Advice
Should I try a DIY kit first?
A DIY attempt isn’t a disaster. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it will not stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send photos.
If you’re set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, ensure the area is clean and completely dry, and do not use it until it has fully cured. If it doesn’t work out, we can still repair it properly.
