Coloured bath resurfacing at your home in Stirling
We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. Most suites take one or two days. We regularly repair coloured basins, whole bathroom suites and coloured shower trays, and the jobs we see most are selling or letting a home with an old suite and a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom.
Every job is backed for twelve months in Stirling and everywhere else. If something goes wrong with the work, we come back. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.
What a repair can’t fix
A few problems are outside what a surface repair can do:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Send us photos and we will tell you honestly.
Materials we repair
- Coloured shower trays
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Coloured basins
- Whole bathroom suites

Work for landlords and builders
Letting agents frequently send us pictures straight from the inventory. You can have a price before you arrange access, and we liaise with tenants about access if you’d like us to.
Rental properties take more wear, and replacing things at every changeover adds up. A repair between tenancies is a cheaper way to keep the property in good order.
How we price coloured bath resurfacing
Resurfacing from £350. Each job gets its own fixed quote. These are the things that affect it:
- The colour and finish to match
- The type of damage
- How many items we do on one visit
- What the surface is made of
The price reflects the work involved, not your postcode. You will see the full price before you book, with nothing added on the day.
Send photos for a quote
The better the photos, the more accurate the price. Here’s what helps:
- The postcode, so we can plan the visit
- A clear, close picture of the problem area
- A coin beside the damage so we can judge size
- Any details about the material
Pricing is simple: snap the damage close up and then the whole item, send them over with your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed price. There is no charge for the quote and you’re under no obligation.

Should you replace it?
Swapping a coloured suite for a white one means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white changes the colour with everything left in place. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. We don’t add extras on the day. The price we quote from your photos is the price you pay, unless the damage turns out to be different, in which case we talk to you first.

What we do, step by step
We agree an arrival time beforehand, so you know when to expect us. Once we’re there, the work takes a day or two, depending on how many items for most jobs. The room is left tidy.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray the new white (or other colour) finish.
- Once cured, normally by the day after, the suite is ready.
Getting ready for the visit
- Tell us if there are stairs or a lift
- Point us to the nearest place to park
- Avoid using the area for a few hours before we arrive
How to get a price
We price from photos so you do not have to wait in for a survey. Send them through the quote form, or call 0345 017 0787 if you’d rather talk it through, and you will get a fixed figure back.

Should I try a DIY kit first?
It’s tempting to reach for a kit, but many of the jobs we do start with putting right a DIY repair. Doing it properly first is generally the cheaper route.
If you’re set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, ensure the area is clean and completely dry, and give it the full curing time. If it doesn’t work out, we can still repair it properly.
Do you need coloured bath resurfacing in Stirling?
Avocado, pampas and pink suites were everywhere in the 70s and 80s, and plenty are still in good condition. The problem is usually the colour, not the bath.
