Coloured bath resurfacing in Tondu without replacing anything
Most suites take one or two days. Everything is resurfaced where it stands, so there’s no plumbing or tiling. Common call-outs are for a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom and faded or patchy colour, across avocado, pampas and pink baths, coloured shower trays and coloured basins.
Every repair comes with a one-year guarantee. Treat it like any resurfaced bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

Do you need coloured bath resurfacing in Tondu?
Coloured suites were fitted in huge numbers in the 1970s and 80s, and many are still sound. The problem is normally the colour, not the bath.
Look out for any of the following:
- Selling or letting a home with an old suite
- Faded or patchy colour
- A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
- A suite that does not match a new bathroom
Questions to ask before you book
- How changes to the job are handled
- What prep work is covered
- What protection goes down before work starts
- Whether they match the colour on site
DIY kit or professional repair?
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it won’t stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
Kits are cheap and easy to find, but many of the jobs we do start with putting right a DIY repair. Doing it properly first is usually the cheaper route.
For landlords and businesses
For developers and builders, we fix damage before handover, saving last-minute replacements. Several plots can be done in one visit.
Builders, developers and site managers book us for snagging repairs, fixing chips and scratches before handover. We hold CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor accreditations.
Honest limits
Not everything can be repaired, and we will tell you before we start. Repairs will not solve:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
If in doubt, send photos and we’ll say what we think before you book.
What we work on
- Coloured shower trays
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Whole bathroom suites
- Coloured basins

How the visit works
A typical visit goes like this: we arrive on time, protect everything around the work area, do the job and tidy away. Plan for one to two days for a full suite. Before we go, we will explain how long to leave it and what to avoid for the first few days.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- We clean, degrease and repair any chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray on the new finish in white or your chosen colour.
- Each item is left to cure, usually ready the next day.
How to prepare
- Have somewhere for us to park nearby if possible
- Let us know about parking or access
- Avoid using the area for a few hours before we arrive
Ask for a price
There is no need for us to visit first. Photos are enough for us to price nearly every job: we need a close-up, a wider picture and your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed quote.
