Coloured suite to white in Troon, South Ayrshire
We travel to Troon for resurfacing coloured baths, basins and trays in white. Nothing is taken out, and the work is guaranteed.
- Resurfacing from £350
- Faded or patchy colour
- A suite that does not match a new bathroom

The process
Once we’re through the door, the aim is to do the job without disturbing the rest of your home. We mask off everything nearby, the work takes one to two days for a full suite, and we finish with a tidy-up and a look at the finished work together.
- The room is protected and ventilated.
- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- We leave everything to cure, generally until the following day.
Getting ready for the visit
- Clear the area around the damage
- Mention if the room is upstairs or in a flat
- Let us know about parking or access
Getting a price
Upload photos of the damage and a wider shot of the whole item, and tell us you’re in Troon, and we will reply with a fixed quote.

Repairing versus replacing in Troon
Swapping a coloured suite for a white one involves a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing changes the colour with everything left in place. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. Every job is a little different, so we price each one individually. What’s damaged, how badly and how easy it is to reach all play a part, and doing several things on one visit costs less than separate visits.

Can I fix it myself?
The difference between a kit and a professional repair is mostly in the preparation and colour. We prepare the area properly, mix the colour on site and polish the finish to match, and the work is guaranteed.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that is fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it does not stop a professional repair. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
Landlords, agents and businesses in Troon
We regularly work with letting and managing agents. Send the address, pictures and access details and we will handle the rest.
We regularly price jobs from inventory or check-out pictures. That means we can quote before you even visit the property, and we can arrange access with the tenant directly if that helps.
Troon: your questions answered
Is it messy?
Very little mess: we sheet and mask everything nearby, and we take our waste away with us.
Can you quote from pictures?
In nearly every case. We only ask to see it in person if the pictures cannot show what we need.
Are there extra charges for Troon?
Travel is included in the price, and we charge the same wherever you are.
Is repairing better than replacing?
Generally, yes. Replacement brings removal, refitting and making good, which a repair avoids. We’ll be honest if it’s not worth it.

What coloured bath resurfacing costs
Prices start from £350. Every quote is fixed and free. What we take into account:
- The type of damage
- The colour and finish to match
- Whether old repairs or coatings need taking off
- How many items we do on one visit
Our prices are the same across the UK, so there is no premium for Troon. What changes the price is the job itself: the material, the amount of damage and how many items.
Getting a price from photos
Almost every job we do is priced from pictures. This is what we need:
- What it’s made of, if you know
