Everything is resurfaced where it stands, with no new plumbing or tiling. A full suite is generally done in one to two days. We regularly repair avocado, pampas and pink baths, whole bathroom suites and coloured shower trays, and people most often call us about a dated coloured suite you’d like in white and faded or patchy colour.
You get a one-year guarantee, the same in Weldon as everywhere else we work. Care for the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Should you replace it?
Swapping a coloured suite for a white one means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing turns it white without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. No two jobs are quite the same, so each one is priced on its own. The size and type of damage, the material and access all play a part, and combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down.
Why us?

- One price list for the whole UK

What we cannot put right
To be straight with you, there are a few things a repair won’t fix:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Send us photos and we’ll tell you honestly before you book.
Surfaces we repair
- Coloured shower trays
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Whole bathroom suites
- Coloured basins
Weldon questions
Can I add another job to the visit?
Yes, and it’s often cheaper. Just add the extra items to your photos and you will get one combined price.
What if the damage is worse than the photos show?
The price is fixed for what the photos show. Anything extra is discussed before we begin.
Is it safe with children and pets around?
Please keep children and pets out of the room during the visit. The rest of the house is unaffected.
Can you quote from pictures?
Yes, almost always. A close-up and a wider photo are enough to give a fixed price.
Is there any odour?
There can be some smell while we work. It clears as the materials cure.
Can you repair something that is been repaired before?
In most cases. The old repair comes out first, so let us know about it.
Can a coloured bath be made white?
Yes. We resurface it in white with it left in place.
Is there a call-out fee?
Travel is included in the price, with the same prices everywhere we work.
How the visit works
We begin by going over the job with you, so you know exactly what we’re doing. Next, we cover and mask everything nearby and the work begins. It normally takes one to two days for a full suite.
- We protect the room and ventilate it.
- We clean, degrease and repair any chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray on the new finish in white or your chosen colour.
- We leave everything to cure, typically until the following day.
Before we arrive
- Tell us about parking, stairs or access
- Clear toiletries, mats and anything else from around the area
- Mention any earlier repairs or resurfacing
Getting a price
No survey visit is needed: we price from pictures. Send them through the quote form, or call 0345 017 0787 if you’d rather talk it through, and we’ll come back with a fixed figure.
Advice
Prices and what affects them
Prices start from £350. Prices are worked out job by job. The main factors are:
- Doing more than one item at once
- The colour and finish to match
- Any earlier repairs that need removing first
- The material
A repair is priced on what needs doing, not where you live. The full price is agreed before you book, with no extras added later.
How to get a fixed price
You can typically get a fixed price without us visiting. To help us price it:
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
- Something in shot to show the size
- One sharp close-up of the damage
- What it’s made of, if you know
The quickest way to a price is to send a couple of pictures using our quote form or call us. We’ll say right away if a repair is the right fix.
Can I fix it myself?
For a hairline mark somewhere you will never see, a kit may be enough. For damage in plain view, cracks, holes or rust, or coloured finishes, a professional repair is worth it.
The difference between a kit and a professional repair is mostly in the preparation and colour. We prepare the area properly, mix the colour on site and polish the finish to match, then guarantee it for a year.
