Your technician turns up at the time we agreed with you and looks over the damage before anything else. Dust sheets and masking tape go down before we open a single tin. The work itself takes a few hours, and the room is left clean and tidy.

Advice
Should I try a DIY kit first?
DIY kits are sold for most surfaces, and they can tidy up a tiny mark. The trouble is colour and preparation: kits come in a few standard shades, and without proper cleaning and keying the filler frequently lifts.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it will not stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send photos.
