Can I add another job to the visit?
Yes. Combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down. Include pictures of each item.
Do you fix kitchen doors?
Yes. Chips, dents and scuffs are repaired on gloss, matt and wood-effect doors.
I rent my home. Can I book you?

How we handle kitchen sink repair in Young's End
Repairs are matched to the original finish, so the kitchen stays as it is. If the vinyl wrap has lifted across a door, it normally needs re-wrapping; we repair chips and dents. Whether it’s damage from fitting or moving appliances and chipped door and drawer edges, we can usually put it right.
A one-year guarantee comes with the work, just as it does everywhere we cover. A sink mat protects against dropped pans, and wipe door edges dry.

Repairing versus replacing in Young's End
Replacing a sink or door can mean disturbing the worktop, cabinets and plumbing, or hunting for a door that is no longer made. A repair leaves everything in place. Prices start from £95. Instead of hourly rates, we price the whole job up front. It depends on the damage, the material and access, and doing several items at once reduces it.
Why us?
- No extra charge for your area
- A year’s guarantee on all work
- A fixed quote before you book
- Colours mixed by hand to suit your surface

Can I fix it myself?
You can buy a DIY kit for most repairs, and they can tidy up a tiny mark. Where they fall down is colour and preparation: they come in a handful of shades, and if the surface is not prepared the repair won’t last.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it will not stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
What we do, step by step
You don’t need to empty the room beforehand. Everything we use comes in the van with us, lay protective sheets and start once you’re happy with the plan. Most jobs take a morning or an afternoon, and you are welcome to carry on with your day while we work.
- We start by preparing the damage.
- Next we fill the chips and rebuild any edges.
- The repair is sanded to the original profile.
- We colour-match to the sink glaze or door finish.
- We polish or seal the repair.
Preparing for the visit
- Keep a parking space free if you can
- Tell us about any previous repairs or coatings
- Tell us if there are stairs or a lift
