Related advice
Prices and what affects them
Repairs from £95. We do not charge extra for travel to Llandegfan. The price depends on:
- The material and finish
- Doing more than one item at once
- Unusual colours or finishes
- Access to the area
Rather than charging by the hour, we fix the price before we start. It depends on the damage, the material and access, and combining items on one visit brings it down.
Getting a price from photos
Photographing the damage takes a minute. Try to send:
- Where you are, by postcode
- Natural light rather than flash
- Something in shot to show the size
- Details of any past repairs
You don’t need a survey visit. Nearly every job can be priced from photos: send a close-up, a wider shot and your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed price.
When to call us in Llandegfan
uPVC is hard-wearing, but it does get damaged: ladders and building work leave scratches and chips, candles and cigarettes mark sills, and old fittings leave holes.
Typical reasons for a call-out include:
- Chips and dents
- Damage during building work
- Holes from removed fittings and alarms
- Burns on sills
Questions to ask before booking
- Who will actually do the work
- The length of the guarantee and what it covers
- How changes to the job are handled
- How the colour is matched
Should you replace it?
Replacing the frame or sill is a much bigger job, and it may not match the rest after years of weathering. Repairing the damage leaves the unit in place. Prices start from £95. The price reflects the work involved, not your postcode. The full price is agreed before booking, with no extras added later.
Why us?
- Colour-matched on site
- We come to you, anywhere in the UK
- We’ll tell you if it’s not worth repairing
- We leave the room as we found it

Should I try a DIY kit first?
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it will not stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send photos.
It’s natural to want to try a repair yourself. The risk is that a kit repair hides the damage for a while, then fails, and then the old filler has to be removed first.
