Coloured bath resurfacing in Belgrano without replacing anything
Everything is resurfaced where it stands, so there is no plumbing or tiling. Most suites take one or two days. Whether it’s a dated coloured suite you’d like in white and faded or patchy colour, we can typically put it right, on avocado, pampas and pink baths, coloured basins and coloured shower trays alike.
Every job is backed for twelve months. If something goes wrong with the work, we come back. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

Prices and what affects them
Resurfacing from £350. You will not pay by the hour. The price is based on:
- How easy the damage is to reach
- The colour and finish to match
- How much damage there is
- What kind of damage it is
The price depends on the type and amount of damage, what it’s made of and how many items we do on one visit. You get a fixed quote from your photos, so there are no surprises on the day.
Getting a price from photos
The better the pictures, the more accurate the price. Here’s what helps:
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
- Natural light rather than flash
- What it’s made of, if you know
You don’t need a survey visit. Photos are enough for us to price nearly every job: we need a close-up, a wider picture and your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed price.
The process
It’s a tidy, low-fuss visit. We agree the arrival time in advance, cover and mask the work area, then carry out the work, which normally takes one to two days for a full suite. If we find something your pictures didn’t show, we will explain it before carrying on.
- The room is protected and ventilated.
- We clean, degrease and repair any chips.
- We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray the new white (or other colour) finish.
- We leave everything to cure, generally until the day after.
Preparing for the visit
- Let us know about parking or access
- Move bottles, mats and clutter away from the area
- Mention any earlier repairs or resurfacing
Get a quote
Getting a price is easy: snap the damage close up and then the whole item, send them over with your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed quote. Quotes are free and you are under no obligation.
Advice
What we can’t put right
A repair isn’t always the answer, and we will tell you before we start. Repairs will not solve:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
If in doubt, send pictures and we will say what we think.
What we work on
- Whole bathroom suites
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Coloured shower trays
- Coloured basins

DIY kit or professional repair?
We understand the appeal of fixing it yourself. The trouble is that kit repairs often look fine at first and then fail, and then the old filler has to be removed first.
A DIY attempt is not a disaster. We remove the old filler and start again, so it will not stop us repairing it. Just mention it when you send photos, as it can add time.
Should you replace it?
Replacing a coloured suite means new sanitaryware, a plumber and a tiler. Refinishing it in white turns it white without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. Set against the cost of replacement, repairing usually costs far less, because nothing has to be taken out, refitted or made good. The quote lists exactly what you are paying for.
