DIY kit or professional repair?
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that is fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it will not stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully, ensure the area is clean and completely dry, and give it the full curing time. If it fails, we can still put it right.
How the visit works
We begin by going over the job with you, so you know exactly what we are doing. After that, protection goes down around the work area and we start. You can expect it to take a day or two, depending on how many items, and we’ll keep you posted as we go.
- We protect the room and ventilate it.
- Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
- The surface is prepared and primed.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- Once cured, normally by the following day, the suite is ready.
Before we arrive
- Mention if the room is upstairs or in a flat
- Keep pets and children out of the room while we work
- Have somewhere for us to park nearby if possible
How to get a price
Email us a photo of the damage and one of the entire item, with your LE67 postcode, and we will reply with a fixed price.

Repairing versus replacing in Donington le Heath
Swapping a coloured suite for a white one means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Resurfacing turns it white without taking anything out. Prices start from £350. What it costs depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many items we do on one visit. You get a fixed price from your photos, so there are no surprises on the day.

What we can’t put right
We will not take on work that will not last, so here’s what a repair cannot put right:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Send us pictures and we will tell you honestly before booking.
What we work on

What affects the price in Donington le Heath
Prices start from £350. You’ll know the full cost before you book. We take into account:
- How many areas need work
- How easy the damage is to reach
- The material
- Unusual colours or finishes
It helps to know what pushes a price up or down: the amount of damage, the material, access to the area, and how many jobs we do in one trip. Photos let us give you a fixed figure.
Quotes from your photos
Most quotes are done from pictures alone. To make it quick:
- Any details about the material
- A picture taken from further back
- Details of any past repairs
- A coin beside the damage so we can judge size

Donington le Heath questions
Will you leave a mess?
Dust sheets and masking go down before we start, and we clean up when we have finished.
I rent my home. Can I book you?
Yes, though it’s best to check with your landlord first. Landlords are often glad to have it sorted.
What does coloured bath resurfacing cost?
Prices start from £350. Because every job differs, we price from photos. You know the full cost before anything is booked.
Is it OK to have pets in the house?
We ask you to keep children and pets out of the room while we work and until it has cured. The rest of the house is unaffected.
What happens once I’ve sent pictures?

What information do you need?
A close-up, a wider photo and your postcode. After that, we just agree a date.
What happens if you find more damage?

Can you redo someone else’s repair?
Yes, we often do. It can add a little time, which we include in the quote.
