About our coloured bath resurfacing in East Woodlands
Everything is resurfaced where it stands, with no new plumbing or tiling. Most suites take one or two days. Our technicians work on coloured basins, whole bathroom suites and avocado, pampas and pink baths, and common reasons people get in touch are faded or patchy colour and a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom.
All of our repairs are guaranteed for twelve months in East Woodlands and everywhere else. If something goes wrong with the work, we come back. Care for the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

What happens on the day
When we visit, we arrive at the time we’ve agreed, cover the area with dust sheets and masking, and set to work. Expect it to take one to two days for a full suite. We tidy up before we leave and tell you when it’s ready to use.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- We clean, degrease and repair any chips.
- We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- Once cured, normally by the next day, the suite is ready.
How to prepare
- Have somewhere for us to park nearby if possible
- Let us know which floor the room is on
- Tell us about any previous repairs or coatings
Getting a price
You do not need a survey visit. Photos are enough for us to price nearly every job: we need a close-up, a wider picture and your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed quote.

How we price coloured bath resurfacing
Resurfacing from £350. Prices are worked out job by job. The main factors are:
- Whether old repairs or coatings need taking off
- What the surface is made of
- The size and number of damaged areas
- Unusual colours or finishes
Compared with replacing, repairing generally costs far less, because there’s no removal, plumbing or making good. Your fixed quote shows exactly what’s included.
Quotes from your photos
We price nearly every job from photos. This is what to send:
- A clear, close picture of the problem area
- A coin beside the damage so we can judge size
- Your postcode, so we can check dates
- The material, if you know it
Call 0345 017 0787 or use the quote form. With a clear picture of the damage and one of the whole suite, we can give you a fixed price without visiting.

Work for landlords and builders

Do you cover East Woodlands?
We do. Technicians travel to East Woodlands from across the region, with no extra charge for travel.
Can you price it without visiting?
Generally, yes. A close-up and a wider photo are enough to give a fixed quote.
I rent my home. Can I book you?
Yes, though it’s best to check with your landlord first. Many landlords are happy for a repair to be arranged before the end of a tenancy.
Can I add another job to the visit?
Yes, and it’s frequently cheaper. Send pictures of everything together and you will get one combined price.

What else we do in East Woodlands
Do you need coloured bath resurfacing in East Woodlands?
Coloured suites were fitted in huge numbers in the 1970s and 80s, and plenty are still in good condition. It’s normally the colour that dates them, not the condition.
Signs it’s time to call us include:
- A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
- Selling or letting a home with an old suite
- A suite that does not match a new bathroom
- Faded or patchy colour
Questions to ask before booking
- Whether there are any call-out or travel charges
- What the guarantee covers, and for how long
- Whether cleaning and preparation are in the price
- Whether a trained technician does the job
Repair or replace: which is better?
Replacing a coloured suite involves new sanitaryware, a plumber and a tiler. Refinishing it in white turns it white with everything left in place. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. A repair is priced on what needs doing, not your postcode. The full price is agreed before you book.
What you get with us
- A year’s guarantee on all work
- CHAS and Constructionline accredited
- Normally one visit, start to finish
- One price list for the whole UK
See our pricing or resurfacing vs replacement cost guide.
Should I try a DIY kit first?
It’s natural to want to try a repair yourself. The trouble is that kit repairs frequently look fine at first and then fail, and then the old filler has to be removed first.
DIY kits are sold for most surfaces, and they can make a small mark look better. The trouble is colour and preparation: kits come in a few standard shades, and without proper cleaning and keying the filler often lifts.
