We regularly price jobs from inventory or check-out photos. You can have a price before you arrange access, and we can arrange access with the tenant directly if that helps.
How it works
It’s a tidy, low-fuss visit. We agree the arrival time in advance, protect the area, then carry out the work, which normally takes one to two days for a full suite. If we find something your photos didn’t show, we’ll explain it before carrying on.
