About our coloured bath resurfacing in Jaywick
Everything is resurfaced where it stands, so there is no plumbing or tiling. A full suite is typically done in one to two days. Our technicians work on avocado, pampas and pink baths, coloured basins and whole bathroom suites, and the jobs we see most are a dated coloured suite you’d like in white and selling or letting a home with an old suite.
Peace of mind is built in: each job carries a one-year guarantee, and we’ll explain exactly what it covers when we quote. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Why repair rather than replace?
Replacing a coloured suite means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white changes the colour with everything left in place. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. The price depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many items we do on one visit. We give a fixed quote from your pictures, so you know the cost before you book.
Why us?
- A year’s guarantee on all work
- We leave the room as we found it
- Work done at your home or business
- Everything repaired in place

How the visit works
A typical visit goes like this: we arrive on time, sheet and mask the area around the job, carry out the work and tidy away. Allow one to two days for a full suite from start to finish. Before leaving, we tell you when it can be used and what to avoid for the first few days.
- We protect the room and ventilate it.
- Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
- The surface is prepared and primed.
- We spray the new white (or other colour) finish.
- We leave everything to cure, usually until the next day.
Before we arrive
- Keep a parking space free if you can
- Have a window or extractor fan available
- Ensure the area is dry

Getting a quote takes a couple of minutes: photograph the damage, then the whole suite, include your postcode and send them to us. What comes back is a fixed price, not a guess.

What happens once I’ve sent pictures?
We check the damage, the material and your postcode, then reply with a quote.

Of course. Check with your landlord; we can send the quote to them too.
DIY repairs versus a professional job
If you are set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, ensure the area is clean and completely dry, and do not use it until it has fully cured. If it fails, we can still put it right.
It’s natural to want to try a repair yourself. The trouble is that kit repairs often look fine at first and then fail, and the old filler has to come out before a proper repair.
What we can’t put right
Some problems need a builder, plumber or fitter rather than us:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Not sure? Send photos and we will give you a straight answer before booking.

What affects the price in Jaywick
Resurfacing from £350. We price every job individually, from your photos. What matters most is:
- How many items we do on one visit
- How much damage there is
- Whether old repairs or coatings need taking off
- What kind of damage it is
A few things move the price: access, material, the extent of the damage and whether we can do several items together. Photos let us give you a fixed figure.
How to get a fixed price
Before you send photos, a few simple things make all the difference:
- Where you are, by postcode
- One picture of the whole suite
- Details of any past repairs
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
Pricing is simple: take a close-up of the damage and a photo from further back, send them to us with your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed quote. There’s no charge for the quote and no obligation.
