If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it will not stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
You can buy a DIY kit for most repairs, and they can make a small mark look better. Where they fall down is colour and preparation: they come in a handful of shades, and if the surface is not prepared the repair will not last.

The process
We turn up when we said we would and looks over the damage before anything else. Dust sheets and masking tape go down before we open a single tin. Most visits take one to two days for a full suite, and we leave the room as we found it.

- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
