How we handle coloured bath resurfacing in Robin Hood
Most suites take one or two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, so there’s no plumbing or tiling. Common call-outs are for a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom and faded or patchy colour, in whole bathroom suites, avocado, pampas and pink baths and coloured basins.
A one-year guarantee comes as standard. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

The process
We turn up at the time we agreed with you and checks the damage against your photos first. Dust sheets and masking tape go down before we open a single tin. Most visits take one to two days for a full suite, and the room is left clean and tidy.
- We protect the room and ventilate it.
- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- We leave everything to cure, normally until the following day.
How to prepare
- Clear toiletries, mats and anything else from around the area
- Let us know about parking or access
- Tell us if there are stairs or a lift

Advice
For landlords and businesses
We carry out planned and one-off repairs for housing associations and facilities teams in Leeds and across the UK. A repair avoids taking out and refitting, which is easier on the people living there.
We work for landlords, letting agents and housing providers in Robin Hood as well as homeowners. A repair between tenants keeps the property empty for less time, and it generally costs far less than a refit.

DIY kit or professional repair?
A kit can be fine for a tiny mark out of sight. For anything you look at every day, anything that has rusted, cracked or holed, or anything on a coloured surface, a professional repair is worth it.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it won’t stop us repairing it. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.

- Whether old repairs or coatings need taking off
