Trusted coloured bath resurfacing in Undley

Coloured bath resurfacing at your home in Undley

Everything is resurfaced where it stands, with no new plumbing or tiling. A full suite is generally done in one to two days. Our technicians work on coloured shower trays, whole bathroom suites and avocado, pampas and pink baths, and common reasons people contact us are selling or letting a home with an old suite and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white.

Big or small, you get the same one-year guarantee. Treat it like any resurfaced bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Questions from Undley

Can you do the toilet too?

Talk to us first. A toilet bowl is constantly wet, so we’ll advise honestly before quoting.

Are there extra charges for Undley?

We don’t add a call-out fee. Your fixed price includes everything.

Can you redo someone else’s repair?

In most cases. We remove the old repair before doing a new one.

Is repairing better than replacing?

In most cases, yes. A repair skips the removal, fitting and redecorating. We will be honest if it’s not worth it.

How do I get a price for coloured bath resurfacing in Undley?

Resurfacing from £350. Because every job differs, we price from pictures. You will get a fixed figure before booking.

Can you price it without visiting?

Yes, almost always. Clear pictures let us give you a fixed quote without visiting.

What if the damage is worse than the photos show?

It’s rare, but if it happens we talk to you first. You decide whether to go ahead.

How soon can you come?

We will give you dates with your quote. If it’s urgent, say so and we’ll do what we can.

How we price coloured bath resurfacing

Resurfacing from £350. We price every job individually. What matters most is:

  • How much damage there is
  • What the surface is made of
  • How many items we do on one visit
  • Where the damage is and how we get to it

A repair generally costs much less than people expect, especially compared with replacing and refitting. Photos let us give you the exact figure.

How to get a fixed price

When you take your photos, these tips help us give you a firm price:

  • What it’s made of, if you know
  • One sharp close-up of the damage
  • A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
  • Any earlier repairs or coatings

No survey visit is needed: we price from photos. Send them through the quote form, or call 0345 017 0787 if you’d rather talk it through, and you’ll get a fixed figure back.

When a repair is not the answer

A few problems are outside what a surface repair can do:

  • The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
  • Items cracked right through
  • Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)

Send us pictures and we’ll tell you honestly.

What we work on

  • Coloured basins
  • Avocado, pampas and pink baths
  • Coloured shower trays
  • Whole bathroom suites

For landlords and businesses

Hotels, guest houses and holiday lets cannot afford rooms out of action for long, so we keep visits short and tidy. We can work around your bookings.

Builders use us to fix snagging damage before handover, so there is no need to replace a damaged item at the last minute. Several plots can be done in one visit.

DIY kit or professional repair?

A kit can be fine for a tiny mark out of sight. For anything you look at every day, anything that has rusted, cracked or holed, or anything on a coloured surface, it’s worth having it done properly.

It’s natural to want to try a repair yourself. The trouble is that kit repairs often look fine at first and then fail, and then the old filler has to be removed first.

Do you need coloured bath resurfacing in Undley?

Coloured suites were fitted in huge numbers in the 1970s and 80s, and plenty are still in good condition. The problem is typically the colour, not the bath.

If you can see any of these, send us a photo:

  • A suite that does not match a new bathroom
  • Selling or letting a home with an old suite
  • A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
  • Faded or patchy colour

How to compare quotes

Repair or replace: which is better?

Swapping a coloured suite for a white one means new sanitaryware, a plumber and a tiler. Refinishing it in white turns it white without taking anything out. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. Every job is a little different, so we price each one individually. The size and type of damage, the material and access all play a part, and combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down.

What you get with us

  • Fixed prices from your photos
  • Straight answers about what a repair can do
  • Same prices wherever you are
  • Everything repaired in place

How the visit works

You don’t need to empty the room beforehand. Everything we use comes in the van with us, lay protective sheets and get going once we have agreed what we’re doing. Most jobs take one to two days for a full suite, and you can get on with other things while we’re there.

  1. We protect the room and ventilate it.
  2. Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
  3. We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
  4. We spray on the new finish in white or your chosen colour.
  5. We leave everything to cure, generally until the day after.

Getting ready for the visit

  • Make sure the area is dry
  • Keep children and pets away from the room on the day
  • Clear toiletries, mats and anything else from around the area

There’s no need for us to visit first. Nearly every job can be priced from pictures: send a close-up, a wider shot and your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed quote.
