- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Not sure? Send photos and we will give you a straight answer before booking.

- Coloured shower trays
- Coloured basins

How we handle coloured bath resurfacing in West Alvington
Most suites take one or two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. We’re often asked to fix faded or patchy colour and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white, on coloured shower trays, coloured basins and avocado, pampas and pink baths.
You are covered for a year from the day of the repair. Just call us if there is a problem and we’ll come back. Treat it like any resurfaced bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Can I fix it myself?
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it doesn’t stop a professional repair. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send photos.
Kits are cheap and easy to find, but many of the jobs we do start with putting right a DIY repair. Getting it right first time is generally cheaper.
Prices and what affects them
Prices start from £350. There are no hourly rates or hidden extras. The price depends on:
- Access to the area
- The colour and finish to match
- The material and finish
- Whether old repairs or coatings need taking off
Rather than charging by the hour, we price the whole job up front. It depends on the damage, the material and access, and combining items on one visit brings it down.
Getting a price from pictures
When you take your pictures, these tips help us give you a firm price:
- A picture taken from further back
- Your postcode, so we can check dates
- A close-up of the damage, in focus
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
For most jobs, photos are all we need to give you a price. Add a line about what happened and your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed quote and the earliest dates we have.

West Alvington: your questions answered
Is it messy?
Very little mess: we sheet and mask everything nearby, and we leave the room clean.
How much does coloured bath resurfacing cost in West Alvington?
Prices start from £350. We give a fixed quote from your photos. Send a close-up of the damage and a wider photo with your TQ7 postcode.
Can you do the toilet too?
Ask us. The inside of a bowl is always wet and scrubbed, so we will tell you what will last.
Do you cover the whole of Devon?
Across the UK, and that includes West Alvington. Our prices are the same everywhere.
Is there any odour?
There can be some smell while we work. It fades as everything cures.
Can you repair something that is been repaired before?
Generally, yes. Tell us what was done before.
Can you repair several things at once?
Of course, and it typically saves money. Send pictures of everything together and we’ll quote them together.
Are you a vetted contractor?
Yes. Our accreditations include CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor. The full list is on our accreditations page.

How the visit works
Here’s how a visit generally runs: we arrive on time, sheet and mask the area around the job, do the job and tidy away. Plan for one to two days for a full suite from start to finish. Before leaving, we tell you how long to leave it and what to avoid for the first few days.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- We clean, degrease and repair any chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- Once cured, normally by the following day, the suite is ready.
Before we arrive
- Let the surface dry out before the visit
- Let us know about parking or access
- Open a window if you can

For landlords and businesses
We regularly price jobs from inventory or check-out photos. That means we can quote before you even visit the property, and we liaise with tenants about access if you’d like us to.
Rental properties take more wear, and replacing things at every changeover adds up. A repair between tenancies is a cheaper way to keep the property in good order.
