About our coloured bath resurfacing in White City
We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. Most suites take one or two days. Should you replace it?
Replacing a coloured suite involves new sanitaryware, a plumber and a tiler. Refinishing it in white changes the colour without taking anything out. Resurfacing from £350, with every job priced individually. Instead of hourly rates, we price the entire job up front. It depends on the damage, the material and access, and combining items on one visit brings it down.
What you get with us
- We leave the room as we found it
- Colours mixed by hand to suit your surface
- No need to remove anything
- Repair technicians who travel to you, UK-wide
See our full price list and resurfacing vs replacement cost guide.
What we do, step by step
A typical visit goes like this: we arrive on time, protect everything around the work area, do the job and clear up. Allow a day or two, depending on how many items. Before leaving, we tell you when it can be used and how to care for it.
- First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
- Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
- We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray on the new finish in white or your chosen colour.
- Once cured, normally by the next day, the suite is ready.
How to prepare
- Move bottles, mats and clutter away from the area
- Keep children and pets away from the room on the day
- Let the surface dry out before the visit

White City questions
Do you work in White City?
Yes. We cover the whole UK and travel to White City. Send us photos for a fixed quote, or call 0345 017 0787.
Do you hold any accreditations?
Yes, including CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor. See our accreditations page for the full list.
Can you do the toilet too?
Talk to us first. The inside of a bowl is always wet and scrubbed, so we’ll tell you what will last.
Do I have to be there?
We need someone to let us in. You don’t need to watch us work.
Is there a call-out fee?
There’s no separate call-out charge. Your fixed quote includes everything.
Is my repair covered?
Every repair comes with a one-year guarantee. We’ll explain what it covers when we quote.
Is it worth repairing rather than replacing?
Generally, yes. Replacement brings removal, refitting and making good, which a repair avoids. We will be honest if it’s not worth it.
Can landlords book you?
Yes. We carry out repairs for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, builders and businesses across Greater London.

Work for landlords and builders
Hospitality businesses need rooms back in use quickly, so we keep visits short and tidy. We can work around your bookings.
Builders use us to fix snagging damage before handover. We can visit several plots in one trip.
Common problems we fix in White City
Avocado, pampas and pink suites were everywhere in the 70s and 80s, and plenty are still in good condition. It’s typically the colour that dates them, not the condition.
The most common problems we’re called about are:
- Selling or letting a home with an old suite
- A dated coloured suite you’d like in white
- Faded or patchy colour
- A suite that does not match a new bathroom

When a repair isn’t the answer
We will not take on work that won’t last, so these are the limits:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Send us photos and we will tell you honestly before booking.
Materials we repair
- Whole bathroom suites
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Coloured basins
- Coloured shower trays
What affects the price in White City
Resurfacing from £350. There’s no charge for travel to White City. The price comes down to:
- Any earlier repairs that need removing first
- The size and number of damaged areas
- The type of damage
- The material and finish
No two jobs are quite the same, so we price each one individually. What’s damaged, how badly and how easy it is to reach all play a part, and combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down.
How to get a fixed quote
Almost every job we do is priced from pictures. This is what we need:
- One picture of the entire suite
- A clear, close picture of the problem area
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
Getting a price is easy: snap the damage close up and then the entire item, send them to us with your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed quote. Quotes are free and you are under no obligation.

DIY kit or professional repair?
It’s tempting to reach for a kit, but many of the jobs we do start with putting right a DIY repair. Getting it right first time is normally cheaper.
DIY kits are sold for most surfaces, and they can make a small mark look better. The trouble is colour and preparation: they come in a handful of shades, and if the surface isn’t prepared the repair won’t last.
