A repair is not right for every job, for example:

- Outdoor surfaces
If in doubt, send pictures and we’ll say what we think.

Non-slip bath coating in St Matthew's, done in place
The coating is clear and textured, so the bath looks much the same. It suits homes with older or less mobile people, holiday lets and families. Typical jobs include worn-out textured areas and bath mats that harbour mould or get forgotten, on shower trays, acrylic baths and resurfaced baths.
A one-year guarantee comes as standard, so you’re not left on your own once we have gone. Clean with a soft brush and a mild cleaner. Avoid scourers on the coating.

For landlords and businesses
We’re used to working with agents and managing companies. Just send photos, the address and how to get access and we’ll arrange it.
We regularly price jobs from inventory or check-out pictures. That means we can quote before you even visit the property, and we can arrange access with the tenant directly if that helps.
Prices and what affects them
Quotes are free and the price is fixed. What we take into account:
- How easy the damage is to reach
- Whether we combine several jobs
- What kind of damage it is
- The material
There are no surprise extras on the day. What we quote from your photos is what you pay, unless the damage turns out to be different, in which case we talk to you first.
How to get a fixed price
A couple of clear pictures is all it takes. Try to include:
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
- Something in shot to show the size
- Your postcode, so we can check dates
- A close-up of the damage, in focus
You do not need a survey visit. Photos are enough for us to price nearly every job: we need a close-up, a wider picture and your postcode, and we’ll come back to you with a fixed figure.
Repair or replace: which is better?
The alternatives are a new textured bath or tray, or relying on a mat, which traps water and needs cleaning. A non-slip coating treats your existing bath or tray. The price depends on the type and amount of damage, what it’s made of and how many jobs we combine into one visit. You get a fixed price from your photos, so you know the cost before you book.
Why us?
- Rooms protected and left tidy
- CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor accredited
- Typically one visit, start to finish

Can I fix it myself?
If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully and work on a clean, dry surface, and give it the full curing time. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.
The difference between a kit and a professional repair is mostly in the preparation and colour. We prepare the area properly, mix the colour on site and polish the finish to match, then guarantee it for a year.

The process
The work is clean and fairly quiet, so you can stay at home while we are there. Protection goes down first, then the job itself takes a few hours. At the end we talk you through how soon it can be used and how to look after it.
- First the standing area is cleaned and degreased.
- Next we mask off the area.
- We apply the clear textured coating.
- We lift the masking for a clean edge.
- Once it has cured, normally overnight, it’s ready.
Getting ready for the visit
- Let the surface dry out before the visit
- Make sure the room can be ventilated
- Let us know which floor the room is on
