Non-slip bath & shower coating in Westfield, Norfolk
Local non-slip bath coating for Westfield: photo quotes, tidy work and a year’s guarantee.
- Safety for older or less mobile people
- A bath or tray that is slippery when wet
- Worn-out textured areas

For landlords and businesses
Rental properties take more wear, and replacing things at every changeover adds up. A repair between tenancies is a cheaper way to keep the property in good order.
We regularly price jobs from inventory or check-out pictures. You can have a price before you arrange access, and we liaise with tenants about access if you’d like us to.
Non-slip bath coating in Westfield, done in place
It’s popular with older people, families and holiday lets. The coating is clear and textured, so the bath looks much the same. Common call-outs are for a bath or tray that is slippery when wet and safety for older or less mobile people, in resurfaced baths, wet room floors (ask us) and shower trays.
Every repair is covered by our one-year guarantee, wherever you are in Norfolk. Clean with a soft brush and a mild cleaner. Avoid scourers on the coating.

Can I fix it myself?
It’s tempting to reach for a kit, but many of the jobs we do start with putting right a DIY repair. Getting it right first time is generally cheaper.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that’s fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it does not stop a professional repair. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send photos.

Prices and what affects them
We price every job individually, from your photos. The main factors are:
- What kind of damage it is
- Previous DIY repairs that have to come out
- How many areas need work
- The colour and finish to match
What it costs depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many jobs we combine into one visit. You get a fixed price from your pictures, so you know the cost before you book.
How to get a fixed quote
It only takes a minute to photograph the damage, and it saves a visit. Try to send:
- One picture of the whole bath or shower tray
- The material, if you know it
- A close-up of the damage, in focus
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
You don’t need a survey visit. Nearly every job can be priced from pictures: send a close-up, a wider shot and your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed price.
Repair or replace: which is better?
The alternatives are replacing the bath or tray with a textured one, or relying on a mat that needs lifting and cleaning. A coating treats your existing bath or tray. Rather than charging by the hour, we price the whole job up front. It depends on the damage, the material and access, and combining items on one visit brings it down.

How it works
Once we are through the door, we keep the work contained to the one room. We mask off everything nearby, the work takes a morning or an afternoon, depending on what we find, and we finish by cleaning up and talking you through the result.
- We start by degreasing the area where you stand.
- Next we mask off the area.
- The clear textured coating is applied.
- The masking comes off to leave a neat edge.
- Once it has cured, normally overnight, it’s ready.
How to prepare
- Let us know about parking or access
- Let us know if it has been repaired before
- Clear toiletries, mats and anything else from around the area
Ask for a price
We price from photos so you don’t have to wait in for a survey. Send them through the quote form, or call 0345 017 0787 if you’d rather talk it through, and we will come back with a fixed figure.
