- Repairs from £95

Should you replace it?
Replacing a tile means breaking it out, finding a match and risking the tiles around it. Repairing it leaves the tile where it is. Our tile repair starts from £95. The price depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many jobs we combine into one visit. We give a fixed price from your pictures, so there are no surprises on the day.
What you get with us
- One visit for most repairs
- Work done at your home or business
- Colour mixed on the day to match
- Rooms protected and left tidy

Tile repair in Wall Heath without replacing anything
If a tile moves, it may need relaying first, and we’ll tell you. The tile stays where it is, so you don’t need to find a spare. Common call-outs are for chips from dropped pans and tools and cracked floor tiles, on marble, natural stone & granite and porcelain tiles.
A one-year guarantee comes with the work, just as it does everywhere we cover. Take care with heavy items on repaired tiles, and clean with a pH-neutral cleaner.

When a repair isn’t the answer
Some jobs are not right for a repair, for example:
- Loose or hollow tiles that need relaying
- Cracks caused by a moving floor, until the floor is fixed
- Whole walls of failing grout
Send us pictures and we’ll tell you honestly before booking.
Surfaces we repair
- Marble
- Porcelain tiles
- Floor and wall tiles
- Natural stone & granite
- Ceramic tiles
Should I try a DIY kit first?
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that is fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it doesn’t stop a professional repair. Just mention it when you send pictures, as it can add time.
If you are set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, make sure the area is clean and completely dry, and give it the full curing time. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.
How we price tile repair
Prices start from £95. There are no hourly rates or hidden extras. The price is based on:
- The material and finish
- What kind of damage it is
- Where the damage is and how we get to it
- How hard the colour is to match
No two jobs are quite the same, so each one is priced on its own. What’s damaged, how badly and how easy it is to reach all play a part, and doing several things on one visit costs less than separate visits.
Send pictures for a quote
Two or three clear photos are usually enough. Try to include:
- One picture of the entire tiled area
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
- Natural light rather than flash
- Your postcode, so we can check dates
The quickest way to a price is to send a couple of pictures using our quote form or call us. We’ll tell you honestly if a repair is the right fix.
Your questions about tile repair in Wall Heath
Can you repair several things at once?
Yes. Combining jobs on one visit brings the cost down. Include photos of each item.
Can I get a quote without a visit?
Nearly always. If photos do not show enough, we’ll ask for another angle.
Do the materials smell?
Some materials have a smell while they’re applied, so we ventilate the room. It clears as the materials cure.
Is there a call-out fee?
We don’t add a call-out fee. The fixed price covers the visit and the work.
Is the work guaranteed?
All our work carries our one-year guarantee. Ask us what it covers when you get your quote.
Will you leave a mess?
No. The work area is masked and covered, and we leave the room clean.
Does someone need to be in?
We need someone to let us in. You do not need to watch us work.
How soon can you come?
It depends on the time of year and where you are. Send photos with your postcode and we’ll reply with the earliest dates.

How the visit works
Your technician turns up at the time we agreed with you and checks the damage against your pictures first. The floor and nearby surfaces are covered before any work starts. The work itself takes a few hours, and the room is left clean and tidy.
- We clean the tile and remove loose fragments.
- We fill the chip, crack or hole.
- We level and shape the repair to the tile surface.
- The colour and pattern are recreated by hand.
- The repair is sealed to suit the tile’s finish.
How to prepare
- Tell us about parking, stairs or access
- Keep a parking space free if you can
- Move bottles, mats and clutter away from the area
