For landlords and businesses

Rental properties take more wear, and replacing items every time a tenant leaves is expensive. Repairing between tenants keeps the property presentable for less.

We regularly price jobs from inventory or check-out photos. That means we can quote before you even visit the property, and we can arrange access with the tenant directly if that helps.

Coloured bath resurfacing in Bromborough Pool, done in place

Most suites take one or two days. Everything is resurfaced where it stands, so there’s no plumbing or tiling. If you are dealing with a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom and selling or letting a home with an old suite, we can help.

You are covered after we leave: our one-year guarantee applies to every job, and we’ll explain exactly what it covers when we quote. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

What a repair cannot fix

It helps to know what we cannot do:

The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
Items cracked right through
Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)

If in doubt, send photos and we’ll say what we think before booking.

Materials we repair

Whole bathroom suites
Coloured basins
Coloured shower trays
Avocado, pampas and pink baths

The process

Once we’re through the door, we keep the work contained to the one room. Surfaces nearby are masked off, the job takes a day or two, depending on how many items, and we finish with a tidy-up and a look at the finished work together.

The room is protected and ventilated.
Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
Each item is left to cure, generally ready the next day.

Advice

How we price coloured bath resurfacing

Prices start from £350. Each job gets its own fixed quote. This is what makes a difference:

How easy the damage is to reach
The colour and finish to match
What kind of damage it is
What the surface is made of

The price reflects the work involved, not your postcode. The full price is agreed before booking, with nothing added on the day.

Getting a price from photos

Photographing the damage takes a minute, and it saves a visit. Try to send:

A photo taken from further back
Something in shot to show the size
What it’s made of, if you know
Where you are, by postcode

Send us a picture of the damage and one of the entire item, with your CH62 postcode, and we will reply with a fixed price.

Your questions about coloured bath resurfacing in Bromborough Pool

Can I get a quote without a visit?

Nearly always. If photos do not show enough, we’ll ask for another angle.

I rent my home. Can I book you?

Yes, but check with your landlord or agent first. Landlords are often glad to have it sorted before the end of a tenancy.

Is it safe with children and pets around?

Please keep children and pets out of the room during the visit and until it has cured. The rest of the house is unaffected.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes: twelve months. If there’s a problem with the work in that time, we come back and put it right.

Do you cover Bromborough Pool?

We do. We send a technician to Bromborough Pool for every job, and the price is the same as everywhere else.

Can you do more than one item on the same visit?

Of course, and it generally saves money. Just add the extra items to your pictures and we will quote them together.

Is there a call-out fee?

There is no separate call-out charge. Your fixed quote includes everything.

Which areas do you work in?

Everywhere in the UK, Bromborough Pool included. There’s no extra charge for travel.

Can I fix it myself?

If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully, make sure the area is clean and completely dry, and give it the full curing time. If it fails, we can still put it right.

It’s tempting to reach for a kit, but many of the jobs we do start with putting right a DIY repair. Getting it right first time is normally cheaper.

Repairing versus replacing in Bromborough Pool

Swapping a coloured suite for a white one means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white turns it white without taking anything out. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. Our prices are the same across the UK, so there’s no premium for Bromborough Pool. What changes the price is the job itself: the material, the amount of damage and how many items.
