Coloured bath resurfacing in Hundred House

Coloured bath resurfacing at your home in Hundred House

Most suites take one or two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. We regularly repair coloured shower trays, coloured basins and avocado, pampas and pink baths, and the jobs we see most are faded or patchy colour and a dated coloured suite you’d like in white.

All our work comes with a one-year guarantee. Treat it like any resurfaced bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

What we do, step by step

Arrival times are agreed in advance, so you know when to expect us. On site, it takes one to two days for a full suite for most jobs. The room is left tidy and ready to use once it has cured.

  1. First we protect the bathroom and set up ventilation.
  2. Each item is cleaned, degreased and any chips repaired.
  3. We prepare the surface and apply a bonding primer.
  4. The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
  5. We leave everything to cure, typically until the day after.

Before we arrive

  • Keep a parking space free if you can
  • Let us know which floor the room is on
  • Tell us about any previous repairs or coatings

For landlords and businesses

Letting agents often send us pictures straight from the inventory. You can have a price before you arrange access, and we liaise with tenants about access if you’d like us to.

Builders use us to fix snagging damage before handover, saving last-minute replacements. We can visit several plots in one trip to keep costs down.

FAQs for Hundred House

Do the materials smell?

It depends on the job, but often a little. Ventilation keeps it to a minimum, and it soon fades.

Will you leave a mess?

Dust sheets and masking go down before we start, and we clean up when we’ve finished.

Which areas do you work in?

Everywhere in the UK, Hundred House included. Travel is included in the price.

Do you charge for travel?

We don’t add a call-out fee. The fixed price covers the visit and the work.

What about the toilet?

Ask us. A toilet bowl is constantly wet, so we’ll tell you what will last.

Can you price it without visiting?

Yes, almost always. Clear pictures let us give you a fixed price without visiting.

Can you redo someone else’s repair?

Most of the time. Let us know what was used before.

What do you need from me?

Photos of the damage, a photo of the whole suite and your postcode. Then we will agree a date.

What we can’t put right

We will always be straight with you, so here’s what a repair will not do:

  • The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
  • Items cracked right through
  • Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)

Not sure? Send pictures and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Surfaces we repair

  • Coloured shower trays
  • Coloured basins
  • Avocado, pampas and pink baths
  • Whole bathroom suites

Repair or replace: which is better?

Replacing a coloured suite means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white changes the colour without taking anything out. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. We don’t add extras on the day. The price we quote from your photos is the price you pay, unless the damage turns out to be different, in which case we talk to you first.

Why book with us

  • Colours mixed by hand to suit your surface
  • Generally one visit, start to finish
  • One price list for the whole UK
  • Straight answers about what a repair can do

Take a look at our full price list and resurfacing vs replacement cost guide.

Can I fix it myself?

DIY kits are sold for most surfaces, and they can make a small mark look better. Where they fall down is colour and preparation: kits come in a few standard shades, and without proper cleaning and keying the filler often lifts.

If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully and work on a clean, dry surface, and give it the full curing time. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.

What affects the price in Hundred House

Prices start from £350. We don’t charge extra for travel to Hundred House. The price comes down to:

  • Any earlier repairs that need removing first
  • The size and number of damaged areas
  • Unusual colours or finishes
  • Doing more than one item at once

A repair is priced on what needs doing, not where you live. The full price is agreed before you book.

Quotes from your pictures

Two or three clear pictures are typically enough. Try to include:

  • A wider photo showing the entire suite
  • Daylight if possible, and no flash reflection
  • The postcode, so we can plan the visit
  • A clear, close picture of the problem area

For most jobs, pictures are all we need to give you a price. Add a line about what happened and your postcode, and we will reply with a fixed quote and the earliest dates we have.
