About our coloured bath resurfacing in Logie
Most suites take one or two days. We resurface the bath, basin and tray in place, with no new plumbing or tiling. Typical jobs include selling or letting a home with an old suite and a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom, on whole bathroom suites, coloured shower trays and avocado, pampas and pink baths.
Every job is backed for twelve months in Logie and everywhere else. We return to put right any problem with the work. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: mild cleaners and no suction mats.

Repair or replace: which is better?
Replacing a coloured suite means a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white changes the colour without taking anything out. Our coloured bath resurfacing starts from £350. The price depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many jobs we combine into one visit. You get a fixed price from your pictures, so there are no surprises on the day.
Why book with us
- A year’s guarantee on all work
- One visit for most repairs
- Straight answers about what a repair can do
- Work done at your home or business
See our prices page and bath cost comparison.
How the visit works
Nothing needs to be moved out of the room. We bring everything we need with us, lay protective sheets and get going once we’ve agreed what we’re doing. It usually takes one to two days for a full suite, and you can get on with other things while we are there.
- The room is protected and ventilated.
- We clean, degrease and repair any chips.
- The surface is prepared and primed.
- The new white, or other colour, finish is sprayed on.
- We leave everything to cure, normally until the following day.
Preparing for the visit
- Have somewhere for us to park nearby if possible
- Open a window if you can
- Clear toiletries, mats and anything else from around the area
Getting a price
If you’re in Logie and want a price, the easiest route is pictures: one close up, one from further back, plus your postcode. We reply with a fixed quote and our next available dates.

For landlords and businesses
Builders use us to fix snagging damage before handover, so there is no need to replace a damaged item at the last minute. We can visit several plots in one trip to keep costs down.
For anyone letting property in or around Logie, we’ll quote for several properties at once. Just send pictures for each address and we’ll price them together.
What coloured bath resurfacing costs
Resurfacing from £350. Prices are worked out job by job, from your pictures. The main factors are:
- The size and number of damaged areas
- Where the damage is and how we get to it
- Whether we combine several jobs
- The colour and finish to match
Rather than charging by the hour, we fix the price before we start. Damage, material and access decide it, and combining items on one visit brings it down.
How to get a fixed price
You can take the pictures on your phone, there is no need for anything special. Just make sure we can see:
- Your postcode, so we can check dates
- A coin beside the damage so we can judge size
- What it’s made of, if you know
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
A quote takes minutes to ask for: photograph the damage, then the entire suite, add your postcode and send them to us. You’ll get a fixed price, not an estimate.
What we cannot put right
A repair isn’t right for every job, including:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
If in doubt, send pictures and we will say what we think before booking.
Surfaces we repair
- Coloured basins
- Coloured shower trays
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
- Whole bathroom suites

Logie questions
Are there extra charges for Logie?
We do not add a call-out fee. The fixed price covers the visit and the work.
How do I book?
Photos of the damage, a picture of the entire suite and your postcode. Then we will agree a date.
Can you quote from pictures?
In nearly every case. We only ask to see it in person if the pictures can’t show what we need.
Can I add another job to the visit?
Yes, and it’s frequently cheaper. Just add the extra items to your photos and we’ll quote them together.
Is it OK to have pets in the house?
Please keep children and pets out of the room during the visit. The rest of the house is unaffected.
Do you hold any accreditations?
We are accredited with CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, SMAS Worksafe and Builder’s Profile.
What if the damage is worse than the pictures show?
Your quote covers the damage in the photos. If there’s more, we’ll tell you before starting.
Can you redo someone else’s repair?
Normally, yes. We remove the old repair before doing a new one, so let us know about it.
DIY repairs versus a professional job
Kits are cheap and easy to find, but the repairs we redo most often are DIY ones that have discoloured or lifted. Getting it right first time is generally cheaper.
A kit can be fine for a tiny mark out of sight. For anything you look at every day, anything that has rusted, cracked or holed, or anything on a coloured surface, it’s worth having it done properly.
