How the visit works
On the day itself, there’s little for you to do. Let us in and show us the room, and we will take it from there. Most visits take one to two days for a full suite, including clearing up.
- We protect the room and ventilate it.
- Next we degrease everything and fix chips.
- We key the surface and apply a bonding primer.
- We spray the new white (or other colour) finish.
- We leave everything to cure, typically until the next day.
Getting ready for the visit
- Keep a parking space free if you can
- Ensure the room can be ventilated
- Let us know which floor the room is on

Getting a quote takes a couple of minutes: photograph the damage, then the whole suite, add your postcode and send them to us. You will get a fixed price, not an estimate.
Advice
Coloured bath resurfacing in Nercwys without replacing anything
Most suites take one or two days. Everything is resurfaced where it stands, with no new plumbing or tiling. Common call-outs are for a dated coloured suite you’d like in white and a suite that doesn’t match a new bathroom, on avocado, pampas and pink baths, whole bathroom suites and coloured basins.
A one-year guarantee comes as standard, so you’re not left on your own once we’ve gone. Look after the new finish like a re-enamelled bath: gentle cleaners, no suction mats.

Prices and what affects them
Prices start from £350. There’s no area surcharge for Nercwys. The price reflects:
- Unusual colours or finishes
- How many areas need work
- The type of damage
- How many items we do on one visit
We charge the same wherever you are, so there’s no premium for Nercwys. The job itself decides the price: how much damage, what it’s made of and how many items.
Getting a price from photos
You can typically get a fixed price without us visiting. To help us price it:
- A wider photo showing the whole suite
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
- What it’s made of, if you know
- Daylight if possible, and no flash reflection
We price from photos so you do not have to wait in for a survey. Send them through the quote form, or call 0345 017 0787 if you’d rather talk it through.
Repairing versus replacing in Nercwys
Swapping a coloured suite for a white one involves a plumber, a tiler and new taps. Refinishing it in white changes the colour with everything left in place. Prices start from £350. It helps to know what pushes a price up or down: the amount of damage, the material, access to the area, and how many jobs we do in one trip. Send photos and you’ll get a fixed figure.
What you get with us
- One-year guarantee on every repair
- Usually one visit, start to finish
- We leave the room as we found it
- CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor accredited
Read our prices page and guide to resurfacing and replacement costs.
Can I fix it myself?
For a hairline mark somewhere you will never see, a kit may be enough. For damage in plain view, cracks, holes or rust, or coloured finishes, it’s worth having it done properly.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that is fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it does not stop a professional repair. Just mention it when you send pictures, as it can add time.

When a repair isn’t the answer
We would rather lose a job than do one that won’t last, so here’s what a repair can’t put right:
- The inside of a toilet bowl, unless we’ve agreed it will last
- Items cracked right through
- Fittings and taps (these are masked, not recoloured)
Not sure? Send photos and we will give you a straight answer.
What we work on
- Whole bathroom suites
- Coloured shower trays
- Avocado, pampas and pink baths
