Non-slip bath coating at your home in Ware
It’s popular with older people, families and holiday lets. The coating is clear and textured, so it shows only as a slightly matt area where you stand. We regularly repair resurfaced baths, shower trays and enamelled baths, and the jobs we see most are a bath or tray that is slippery when wet and resurfaced baths that are now too smooth.
All our work is covered by a one-year guarantee, wherever you are in Kent. A soft brush and mild cleaner keep it clean. Avoid scourers on the coating.

DIY kit or professional repair?
If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully, and give it the full curing time. If it fails, we can still put it right.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that is fine. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it will not stop us repairing it. Just mention it when you send photos, as it can add time.

What happens after I send photos?

How it works
There’s not much you need to do on the day. Show us the job, point us to the room, and we will take it from there. Most visits take a morning or an afternoon, including clearing up.
- We start by degreasing the area where you stand.
- We mask out the area to be treated.
- The clear textured coating is applied.
- The masking comes off to leave a neat edge.
- Once it has cured, normally overnight, it’s ready.
How to prepare
- Tell us about any previous repairs or coatings
- Have a window or extractor fan available
- Keep a parking space free if you can
How to get a price
A quote takes minutes to ask for: photograph the damage, then the whole bath or shower tray, include your postcode and send them to us. You’ll get a fixed quote, not an estimate.

Repairing versus replacing in Ware
The alternatives are a new textured bath or tray, or relying on a mat that needs lifting and cleaning. A coating adds grip to the bath you have. Our prices are the same across the UK, with no extra for Ware. What changes the price is the job itself: the material, the amount of damage and how many items.

Work for landlords and builders
We regularly work with letting and managing agents. Just send photos, the address and how to get access and we will arrange it.
Housing associations and facilities teams use us for planned and reactive repairs in Kent and across the UK. Repairing in place avoids the disruption of a replacement, which is easier on the people living there.
Prices and what affects them
You will not pay by the hour. The price is based on:
- Access to the area
- The colour and finish to match
- The material
- The size and number of damaged areas
A few things move the price: the amount of damage, the material, access to the area, and how many jobs we do in one trip. Photos let us give you a fixed figure.
Getting a price from photos
The better the pictures, the more accurate the price. Here’s what helps:
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
- One sharp close-up of the damage
- Natural light rather than flash
- The material, if you know it
Getting a price is easy: snap the damage close up and then the entire item, send them to us with your postcode, and you will get a fixed price back. There’s no charge for the quote and you’re under no obligation.
What we cannot put right
A few problems are outside what a surface repair can do:
- Surfaces that are already damaged or peeling (these need repairing first)
- Textured areas still wet or recently cleaned with oily products
- Outdoor surfaces
Not sure? Send photos and we will give you a straight answer before you book.
