Tile repair at your home in Egypt
If a tile moves, it may need relaying first, and we will tell you. We repair the tile in place, so there’s no need to hunt for a matching tile. If you are dealing with drill holes from removed fittings and damaged tile edges, we can generally put it right, on marble, ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles alike.
All of our repairs are guaranteed for twelve months, and the guarantee is the same wherever you live. We return to put right any problem with the work. Avoid dropping heavy items on repaired floor tiles, and use a pH-neutral cleaner.

For anyone letting property in or around Egypt, we can repair and quote for several addresses together. Send pictures for each one and we’ll come back with a combined price.

What affects the price in Egypt
Repairs from £95. We don’t charge extra for travel to Egypt. The price comes down to:
- How many areas need work
- How hard the colour is to match
- Whether we combine several jobs
- What the surface is made of
The price depends on the type and amount of damage, the material and how many jobs we combine into one visit. You get a fixed quote from your photos, so you know the cost before booking.
Send pictures for a quote
Photographing the damage takes a minute, and it saves a visit. Try to send:
- What it’s made of, if you know
- Whether it’s been repaired or coated before
- A photo taken from further back
- Where you are, by postcode
Call 0345 017 0787 or use the quote form. With a clear picture of the damage and one of the entire tiled area, we can price the job without visiting.

Swapping out a damaged tile involves breaking out the old tile, finding a match and risking the tiles around it. A repair keeps the original tile. Prices start from £95. A repair is priced on what needs doing, not your postcode. You will see the full price before you book.

What happens on the day
Expect a friendly, tidy visit. We confirm the time with you beforehand, protect the area, and get on with the job, which normally takes a few hours. If we find something your pictures didn’t show, we’ll explain it before carrying on.
- First the tile is cleaned and loose pieces removed.
- Next we fill the damage.
- The repair is levelled to the tile surface.
- We recreate the colour and pattern by hand.
- The repair is sealed to suit the tile’s finish.
Preparing for the visit
- Keep pets and children out of the room while we work
- Let us know which floor the room is on
- Mention any parking restrictions or tricky access
How to get a price
Pricing is simple: snap the damage close up and then the entire item, send them to us with your postcode, and you’ll get a fixed quote back. Quotes are free and no obligation.

FAQs for Egypt
Can pets and children be at home?
Please keep children and pets out of the room during the visit. Everywhere else in the home is fine.
Is my repair covered?
Yes: twelve months. If there is a problem with the work in that time, we come back and put it right.
Are there extra charges for Egypt?
Travel is included in the price, with the same prices everywhere we work.
What if the damage is worse than the photos show?
Your quote covers the damage in the photos. If there’s more, we’ll tell you before starting.
Do the materials smell?
It depends on the job, but often a little. Ventilation keeps it to a minimum.
How quickly can you book me in?
It depends on the time of year and where you are. Send pictures with your postcode and we will reply with the earliest dates.
I rent my home. Can I book you?
Yes. Check with your landlord; we can send the quote to them too.
Can you fill holes left by old fittings?
Yes. Drill holes from old rails and shelves are a common job.
DIY repairs versus a professional job
If you do try a kit, read the instructions carefully, and don’t use it until it has fully cured. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.
What a professional repair adds is preparation, colour matching and finishing. We prepare the area properly, mix the colour on site and polish the finish to match, and the work is guaranteed.
