Bath Resealing in Three Holes
Bath resealing for Three Holes, without a refit. Send us photos for a fixed price, then we come to you.

- Silicone smeared on tiles
- Black spots in the silicone

Why it’s worth resealing in Three Holes
Resealing is routine maintenance. Leaving split or mouldy sealant lets water get behind the bath or tray, which costs far more to put right. Compared with replacing, repairing generally costs far less, because there is no removal, plumbing or making good. Your fixed quote shows exactly what’s included.

How we handle bath resealing in Three Holes
Resealing is one of the simplest ways to protect your bathroom. Old, split or mouldy sealant lets water get behind the bath or tray, and resealing puts a stop to that. Whether it’s an untidy old seal and water getting behind the bath or tray, we can generally put it right, on basins & vanity units, shower trays & enclosures and baths alike.
Peace of mind is built in: each job carries a one-year guarantee, and we explain what it covers before you book.

How we price bath resealing
You will know the full cost before you book. We look at:
- Doing more than one item at once
- How hard the colour is to match
- How much damage there is
- Where the damage is and how we get to it
The price depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many jobs we combine into one visit. We give a fixed price from your pictures, so you know the cost before you book.
How to get a fixed quote
It only takes a minute to photograph the damage, and it saves a visit. Please include:
- One picture of the entire bath or shower
- The postcode, so we can plan the visit
- Good light, ideally daylight, without flash glare
- A clear, close picture of the problem area
Getting a price is easy: snap the damage close up and then the whole item, send them to us with your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed price. There’s no charge for the quote and no obligation.
The process
It’s a tidy, low-fuss visit. We confirm the time with you beforehand, cover and mask the work area, then carry out the work, which normally takes about two hours for a bath. If we find something your photos didn’t show, we will explain it before carrying on.
- We cut out and remove all of the old sealant.
- We clean the joint and treat any mould.
- We dry the joint thoroughly.
- For a bath, we fill it with water first so the joint is at its widest.
- We run a new bead of mould-resistant silicone and smooth it neatly, taps included.
How to prepare
- Mention if the room is upstairs or in a flat
- Plan for the room to be out of bounds to pets and children
- Ensure the area is dry

How to look after the repair
To keep it looking its best for years:
- Reseal when black spots won’t clean off
- Let steam out after showers
- Dry the seal after bathing
- Clean the sealant gently and regularly
Avoid scraping the joints, and don’t stand bottles on the seal.
Reseal before water gets in. Gaps or lifting edges mean it needs doing.
Work for landlords and builders
We carry out planned and one-off repairs for housing associations and facilities teams in Norfolk and across the UK. Repairing in place avoids the disruption of a replacement, which matters when someone is living in the home.
We’re used to working with agents and managing companies. Just send photos, the address and how to get access.
Signs you need bath resealing in Three Holes

Common reasons people in Three Holes contact us are:
- Discoloured, yellow sealant
- Damp near the bath
- Gaps by the taps
