Bath & shower resealing (mastic) in Warwick, Warwickshire
Bath resealing across Warwick and nearby, usually in one visit and guaranteed for a year.
- Unsealed corners
- Sealant that is split or lifting
- Discoloured, yellow sealant

Keeping it looking good
Aftercare is simple, and it makes a real difference:
- Keep bottles off the joints
- Dry the seal after bathing
- Air the room after use
- Run the extractor fan during and after showers
Keep the room well ventilated, and dry the joints after bathing.
Black mould in sealant isn’t just unsightly. Resealing early keeps water out of the walls and floor.

How we price bath resealing
Prices are worked out job by job. What matters most is:
- Where the damage is and how we get to it
- How many items we do on one visit
- How many areas need work
- The colour and finish to match
What it costs depends on how much damage there is and what kind, the material and how many items we do on one visit. You get a fixed price from your photos, so there are no surprises on the day.
Quotes from your photos
We price nearly every job from pictures. This is what we need:
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
- One sharp close-up of the damage
- The postcode, so we can plan the visit
- Any details about the material
Email us a picture of the damage and a wider shot of the entire item, and tell us you’re in Warwick, and we will reply with a fixed price.
DIY repairs versus a professional job
We understand the appeal of fixing it yourself. The trouble is that kit repairs often look fine at first and then fail, and then the old filler has to be removed first.
If you’ve already tried a DIY fix, that is fine. We remove the old filler and start again, so it does not stop a professional repair. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
Work for landlords and builders
We carry out planned and one-off repairs for housing associations and facilities teams. A repair avoids taking out and refitting, which matters when someone is living in the home.
Landlords, letting agents and housing providers in Warwick use us as well as homeowners. A repair between tenants keeps the property empty for less time, and it costs much less than replacing.

What else we do in Warwick
Resealing in Warwick: why it matters
Sealing over old silicone is a false economy. It peels within weeks, and traps mould underneath. A proper reseal removes the old first. Most people are surprised how affordable a repair is, especially compared with replacing and refitting. Send photos and we’ll give you the exact figure.
Why Warwick clients choose us
- Work done at your home or business
- Same prices wherever you are
- One visit for most repairs
- Fixed prices from your photos

When a repair is not the answer
Not everything can be repaired, and we’ll tell you before we start. We cannot fix:
- Tiles that move, until they’re refixed
- A bath or tray that moves, until its support is fixed
- Water damage behind the bath that needs a builder
If in doubt, send photos and we will say what we think before you book.
What we work on
- Shower trays & enclosures
- Wet rooms
- Basins & vanity units
- Baths
- Kitchen worktops & sinks
What happens on the day
Here’s how a visit generally runs: we arrive at the agreed slot, protect everything around the work area, carry out the work and clear up. Plan for about two hours for a bath from start to finish. Before leaving, we tell you when it can be used and what to avoid for the first few days.
- We cut out all of the old sealant.
- We remove the residue and clean the joint.
- Any mould is treated and the joint dried.
- We fill the bath, or weight the tray, to open the joint.
- New mould-resistant silicone is applied and tooled neatly.
Preparing for the visit
- Mention any earlier repairs or resurfacing
- Avoid using the area for a few hours before we arrive
- Plan for the room to be out of bounds to pets and children
Getting a price
For most jobs, pictures are all we need to give you a price. Add a line about what happened and your postcode, and we’ll send back a fixed quote and some dates.
