Toilet chip repair in Everton, done in place
Chips are rebuilt and colour matched to the glaze, so the toilet stays in place. Leaking cracks need the toilet replacing, and we’ll say so if we find one. Common call-outs are for damage from dropped items and pieces knocked off during fitting, in toilet pans, vitreous china and cisterns & lids.
A one-year guarantee comes as standard, so you are covered after the visit. Avoid dropping heavy items and clean the outside of the pan gently.

What else we do in Everton
For landlords and businesses
We regularly price jobs from inventory or check-out pictures. That means we can quote before you even visit the property, and we can arrange access with the tenant directly if that helps.
For anyone letting property in or around Everton, we will quote for several properties at once. Just send pictures for each address and we’ll price them together.
How we price toilet chip repair
Prices start from £95. We price every job individually, from your photos. The main factors are:
- Unusual colours or finishes
- Whether it’s a chip, crack, burn or wear
- What the surface is made of
- How many items we do on one visit
There are no surprise extras on the day. What we quote from your photos is what you pay, and if the damage turns out to be different, we discuss it before starting.
Getting a price from photos
Two or three clear photos are usually enough. Try to include:
- A coin or ruler next to the damage for scale
- A photo taken from further back
- Daylight if possible, and no flash reflection
- What it’s made of, if you know
For most jobs, pictures are all we need to give you a price. Add a line about what happened and your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed quote and the earliest dates we have.

What we do, step by step
Once we’re through the door, we keep the work contained to the one room. Surfaces nearby are masked off, the work takes an hour or two, and we finish by cleaning up and talking you through the result.
- First the damaged area is cleaned and dried.
- Missing material is filled and rebuilt to the original shape.
- It’s sanded flush.
- The glaze is colour matched and finished.
- We polish the repair to blend it in.
How to prepare
- Mention any parking restrictions or tricky access
- Tell us about any previous repairs or coatings
- Have somewhere for us to park nearby if possible
How to get a price
No survey visit is needed: we price from pictures. Use the quote form, or ring 0345 017 0787 to talk it through, and we will come back with a fixed figure.
Advice
Repair or replace: which is better?
A new toilet needs a plumber and sometimes new flooring around the pan, and the matching cistern may be discontinued. A repair keeps the toilet you have. Prices start from £95. What it costs depends on how much damage there is and what kind, the material and how many jobs we combine into one visit. We give a fixed quote from your pictures, so you know the cost before booking.
What you get with us
- Free fixed quotes from pictures
- Dust sheets down, tidy finish
- No need to remove anything
- Same prices wherever you are

Should I try a DIY kit first?
A kit can be fine for a tiny mark out of sight. For damage in plain view, cracks, holes or rust, or coloured finishes, a professional repair is worth it.
DIY kits are sold for most surfaces, and they can make a small mark look better. Where they fall down is colour and preparation: kits come in a few standard shades, and without proper cleaning and keying the filler often lifts.
