Kitchen sink repair at your home in Custom House
If the vinyl wrap has lifted across a door, it usually needs re-wrapping; we repair chips and dents. We repair the damage and match the original finish, so you do not need replacement parts. We work on gloss and matt cupboard doors, composite sinks and ceramic Belfast & butler sinks, and common reasons people get in touch are damage from fitting or moving appliances and chips in ceramic sinks.
A one-year guarantee comes as standard, so you are not left on your own once we have gone. A sink mat protects against dropped pans, and wipe door edges dry.

How we price kitchen sink repair
Prices start from £95. Prices are worked out job by job, from your photos. The main factors are:
- What the surface is made of
- The colour and finish to match
- Where the damage is and how we get to it
- The type of damage
The price depends on how much damage there is and what kind, what it’s made of and how many jobs we combine into one visit. You get a fixed price from your photos, so you know the cost before booking.
Send photos for a quote
A couple of clear pictures is all it takes. It helps if you send:
- Where you are, by postcode
- Something in shot to show the size
- One picture of the whole sink or cupboard door
- Details of any past repairs
No survey visit is needed: we price from pictures. Use the quote form, or ring 0345 017 0787 to talk it through, and you will get a fixed figure back.
Why repair rather than replace?
A new sink or door can mean disturbing the worktop, cabinets and plumbing, or finding a matching door that is been discontinued. A repair leaves everything in place. Our kitchen sink repair starts from £95. Instead of hourly rates, we price the entire job up front. Damage, material and access decide it.
Why us?
- We come to you, anywhere in the UK
- A year’s guarantee on all work
- Rooms protected and left tidy
- One price list for the entire UK

The process
Nothing needs to be moved out of the room beforehand. Everything we use comes in the van with us, lay protective sheets and start once you’re happy with the plan. It normally takes a morning or an afternoon, and you are welcome to carry on with your day while we work.
- We start by preparing the damage.
- Next we fill the chips and rebuild any edges.
- We sand the repair to the original profile.
- The colour is matched to the sink or door finish.
- We polish or seal the repair.
Getting ready for the visit
- Tell us if there are stairs or a lift
- Clear the area around the damage
- Have somewhere for us to park nearby if possible
How to get a price
You don’t need a survey visit. Photos are enough for us to price nearly every job: send a close-up, a wider shot and your postcode, and we’ll come back to you with a fixed figure.
Advice
DIY kit or professional repair?
If you are set on a kit, follow its instructions closely, ensure the area is clean and completely dry, and give it the full curing time. If it does not work out, we can still repair it properly.
A DIY attempt is not a disaster. We take the old repair out and do it properly, so it doesn’t stop a professional repair. It does add a little time, so tell us about it when you send pictures.
